I have been lied to by sales people from both Joplin stores. First, they gave me a bad phone. It never worked so you'd think I could just take it in and they'd replace it. NO, it took 3 trips before someone told me to take it to Best Buy cause it was under warranty. So I paid for a new phone and got a repaired one. Second, I went in to get a phone for my granddaughter. We picked one and everything was set, until I got the bill. The bill was for a phone with more storage(which cost more a month) plus they had added a bunch of stuff (that raised the bill a lot) on the phone. Otherwise they lied. Third, I went to get my other granddaughter a phone and asked point blank for a certain phone with the basic plan and was assured that's what I got. No surprise when the bill came and I was charged for a different phone and plan. Lied to again. Fourth, I gave my granddaughter my high dollar iphone and I got a cheap android. They couldn't even transfer data from my iphone to an android. Lost everything off of the iphone. These people tell you what ever you want to hear and then do whatever gets them a bigger paycheck. When these phones are paid for I'm out. I even called and complained about the phones and plans. They could change the plans but I was stuck with the phones. No wonder Straight Talk is getting so big.

Customer service is always a hit and miss anywhere you go, but today I had the pleasure to work with Ty! Let me just say, his assertiveness and knowledge was top tier! Not only was I greeted within a minute of entering the busy store, I was helped not even 5 minutes after. He was fully transparent with what I needed for my account to get set up correctly, and helped me with swiftness! All while carrying on a friendly conversation to fill the time. I greatly appreciate his patience and his understanding in my electronic and plan needs. He was even helpful enough to put my screen protector and case on.His outstanding service deserves to be recognized and commended, thank you for such a pleasant experience!

I was taken care of as soon as I walked into the door. The staff were amazing the manager was amazing. I had one of the best visits since being a customer for 6 months. This was the best store I've been to thus far. The transaction was quick as well as the whole process. Thank you !! Way better than T-Mobile ever will be that's for sure.

Visited this store to resolve several disconnects in multiple accounts on behalf of my elderly sister. Her accounts had been handled by her husband who recently passed away. He probably could have made sense out of them, but neither my sister or I could. We worked with Ty and he was INCREDIBLY helpful, patient and understanding. He didn’t just pass us off to the on line help desk, and took the time to really understand and fix our problem. We left the store saving money and completely satisfied. AT&T - this is the kind of employee you need to keep and reward!

I just want to say that John at the Joplin store did a WONDERFUL job helping us get a new phone AND most importantly found that we had been paying for insurance on our phones that we NEVER ask for. My husband mistakenly complained about the insurance issue on John’s review! It was not his fault. The complaint is against ATT Corporate!! They are to blame!! I think they owe us money for the months or years we’ve been over charged. Please don’t blame your worker who is doing a great job helping people save money and want to stay with ATT.

Frank took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He offered assessories and insurance but didn't push and let us make our decisions. We were in and out in a timely manner. Great service!

Back to Square 1. We were promised an easy switch. It didn't happen. I went to T-MOBILE because of issues with Internet. I have spent 2 days trying to upgrade. I still have no WiFi extender, and my husband has no TV service. Oh well.

As soon as we walked in the rep, Jacob, immediately got with us. He sat us down and went above and beyond for us. Any issue or problem that came up, he found a work around. He gave us honest feedback and advice on choices and made sure it was a deal that worked for our family/budget. When the store was out of stock for the phone I wanted he apologized and found a solution to get what I wanted. I normally hate the hassle of getting an upgrade or new phone. But Jacob made it so easy that it was almost enjoyable. He was very personable and relatable on top of being easy to work with.

I was sold a type of screen protector after specifically telling my salesperson I didn't like that kind. He told me it was what I wanted. When I got home and realized it wasn't, I tried to return the item 4 times. Once they were closing, one I was told I had to speak with the same guy, Once I was ignored until I gave up and left. Today I was told it is now past the return date policy.On top of that, The salesman treated us rudely and said I couldn't tell good quality items from bad quality because I didn't want to purchase a case in the store. Manipulation and gaslighting techniques aren't good sales techniques, my dude.The store manager has offered no resolution only poor excuses for why she can't help. I have spoken with customer service and they have escalated this and are going to get it resolved so i can return my unused, unwanted item. Customer service in this corporate store is incredibly poor. Save yourself the headache and shop online.

POOR customer service and treated with less respect than imaginable via ZACH referenced as a salesman!!! We’ve been AT&T customers for years and had NO IDEA we’d be treated as we were. The gentleman attending to us, not ZACH, seemed embarrassed for his (ZACH’S) actions. We were refused ZACH’s last name, and he just walked off after my husband mentioned Wal-Mart. ZACH asked if my husband wanted to talk “over” him or listen to how Wal-Mart did things!!! I don’t recall EVER being treated like we were this afternoon. Thank you to anyone whom takes the time to read this comment! M Hoffman

I have visited AT&T twice, in two days, with two entirely different outcomes. John is the man, and if you want your service to be handled appropriately, ask for him. We went in as TMobile customers, and all left with new IPhones and new and improved service. Definitely recommend seeing him, to ensure you get to utilize all of AT&T’s benefits to the fullest!

ZACH POELMA was such a pleasure working with!! Honestly this has been the smoothest experience that I had ever had at AT&T!! He was so patient with every little question and made sure that all of our needs were met before we left the store! He DIDN’T miss ONE thing!! He covered all of the grounds of EVERY offer that AT&T had as well!! I will definitely be requesting ZACH POELMA for EVERY appointment!!! Thank you for making us the happiest of phone owners!! ?
