BLAYDE (took a hint from another reviewer and wrote the name in all caps-I hope you're paying attention supervisors/managers!) helped me out and pointed out some issues that the last shop that worked on my vehicle caused, along with swapping out my battery for me. Gave me a lot of helpful information. Y'all really need to give him a raise; He is AWESOME. I had been to this Autozone location before, and have always had good service. This time has really earned my loyalty, though. You're a rockstar Blayde, keep it up, man! If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I totally would.”

“I couldn’t believe the service! I needed two square u bolts as I came into town. I saw their business listing but assumed they weren’t what I needed. After talking with NAPA auto parts they suggested I call Joplin Auto Spring Company.
I’m glad I did. They had me bring in my part and made the exact part I needed while I waited. It took all of 20min and was priced very well.
I also learned that these guys are a multi generation company that has been around 75 yrs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.”
