Made an appointment through Apple to get my IPhone XS battery replaced using my Apple account and phone serial number. Appt. was for 12:20 and I arrived 10 minutes early. This was the closest service center to me and is an hour away. Techs were helping walk-in customers so couldn't check in until 12:21. Was told they would be right with me.... not. They continued helping walk-ins and didn't get to me until 12:45. Spent 10-15 minutes while they ran diagnostics. Finally the Tech told me they would have to replace the speaker too? Fine, sure, just get it done please. Tech wrote down the part numbers and disappeared for 10 minutes and upon return stated that they did not have the battery. What the.....????? I was flabbergasted! An hour to drive to the store, an hour at the store, and an hour back with nothing! Not to mention the cost of gas.Tech told me how people come from all over to have their phones serviced and sometimes there are other problems with the phone. What? Told him that it was not the case for my phone and why didn't they know I was bringing in a specific phone? Told me they could order a battery... no thanks, as I believe I have stepped into a Best Buy store for the last time! Guess I'll drive to the Apple Store in Tulsa next time but call in advance for part availability.

I came into the store to look at computers. Walking around and looking for 10 to 15 min. No one bothers to check in with me, no problem, except, as I am standing there playing with a device trying to make purchase decisions, a guy walks right past me after calling me SIR! I correct him, stating only, 'actually its ma'am', and then he walks past to some guy who had just walked into the area, and tried to sell him something! Guy wasn't interested, and he walked right past me again, refusing to ask if I needed help! I guess I appeared to be chopped liver. Re-assess buddy. You couldn't be more wrong. I watched three male employees walk exactly past me, to walk up to three different men who had just entered the store, and try to help them. Maybe they work off commission and profile who they think will spend. I don't know, but seems pretty one-sided in my view. And now I'm going to talk to the manager, AND spend my money elsewhere! It sure is a new, and very rude, world we live in. Too bad. Could have made some money off me today. Update: Guess WHAT! It's the MANAGER of the store who was so rude to me! Guess I'm calling Corporate Offices! Report issues to Corporate offices via emailing:
[email protected] . NOT impressed, AT ALL! Leadership creates the culture. The culture at this store appears to be sexist and one-sided.

I give it 5 simply because of the knowledge that the employees have about their products and how friendly they are. Both normal blue shirts and the Geek squad side. Their on-hand selection is a little lacking, but I do not really think that it is their fault as you can order anything online and have it shipped there.

Poor service. Sold a product that was twice the price of the same product on their shelves. The return took 16 minutes.fml

Jimmy helped us.He answered every question we had.What he did not know an answer to, he was honest and looked it up.He made sure we purchased what we needed and let us know we had protection on our plan. The entire time, he was pleasant and respectful to our conversation.Jimmy, you are young but mature, and your customer service is superb.We wish you the best in your future.Thank you!

Best buy is a bad place to do business. If you have a problem with your TV you can't get any one to talk to you or call you back. What a sorry way to do business. I would think twice about buying from the Joplin store.
