I gave 2 stars because signing up for a phone line for 12.50 the first month then 25 a month sounds amazing. The sim card I order came quickly and was already on which was great. The problem was I got the sim card and have cell signal and can talk and text and even use Google duo but I can't access data/the internet at first. Now sometimes the internet works then most of the time it doesn't. When I called i had to talk to advanced support just for their manager to have them tell me that my phone isn't compatible. Thats not true I had boost 3 years ago when I bought this phone. Idk man the internet doesn't work sometimes randomly in the same spots it does work.
