“All aspects of our experience with Smith’s Floor Store was positive. Initially, we planned to replace all carpet with LVP in my mother-in-law’s house. James suggested installing carpet in the two spare bedrooms which would be about $1K less or having the existing carpet cleaned and then deciding what to do depending on the outcome. We had the carpets cleaned by Markley Floor Restore, recommended by Smith’s, and the carpets looked great, so we left them in place; a savings of over $2K had we replaced with LVP. The installers did a good job. We received a refund in a prompt manner for materials we planned to use, but were not used during the installation.”
“Johnson Floor & Home replaced all of the flooring in our house (except the bathrooms), and they were phenomenal to deal with from start to finish. From the sales floor to the install, they were courteous and helpful and did everything they said they would do. Their install operation was amazing. They did great work and they got it done ahead of schedule. We used a different company for the bathrooms, and it was kind of an awful experience. I highly recommend these guys!”
