So my delivery showed up i was expecting pizza slices like normal and they came in squares...i didn't even know caseys did that...i talked to the floor manager and she said her supervisor will take care of it when she got back from vacation...also she said that it wasn't caseys mistake..and hung up on me...called back and the person that picked up the phone said i cant talk to u and hung up on me again...very rude customer service...and they also wanted me to pay for delivery again if they were going to fix their mistake...so rude...i have never been treated like that before...

Paid for my items but was told to step aside and she will give me my change. Sat there for 25mins waiting on the manager to get the register money so I could have change. It doesn't take 25 minutes to fill the safe nor get money out. I know this because I fill am identical safe at work. The manager nor cashier apologized for my wait. Just rudley said have a nice day with an attitude and eye roll.

Very rude dude that works there tonight. Wouldn't sell me alcohol because he thought I was drunk. I wasn't drunk and plus I wasn't driving! If this guy isn't fired I'm suing him and Casey's and I'm not playing around either! I'll have that place shut down! Don't believe me watch!

Would be nice if they would ever restock the paper towels by the gas pumps. Hasn't been any out there in months or longer now I cant remember the last time they actually had any.

It's clean, the staff is friendly, and it's in a great location.

Went in for a sandwich and the kid with the gauges in his ears couldn’t have been angrier about it. Was throwing a whole fit about having to make a sandwich. Tossing knives across the kitchen to the sink, empty containers which I can only assume he didn’t refill, just a general “doesn’t belong in customer service” attitude. I’m not saying he needs fired but if there’s something away from the public it would sure make your customers more comfortable.

Pulled in around 950, wasn’t aware this location closes as there is no signage on the door. The kitchen worker made a point to put out his joint in his van and go in to lock the door. Could’ve just said sorry, we close in a few minutes.

This is the sixth time in a row I have come into this store and found there is no pizza made. Tonight the cook was actually texting on her phone and when I told her that the pizza was out she said yeah I don't want to make any more tonight. Been stood in line for over 10 minutes because they only had one Checker and she was in the bathroom. Several people came and waited and then left their items on the counter or on the floor and left. When the clerk did come out all she did was gripe about the manager not being a good manager and only scheduling her in a store by themselves. This is the worst Casey's store I've ever been in. You can go one mile down the street to another Casey's and they have plenty of food ready. The management of the store is terrible.

Not exactly sure what has been going on, but they are constantly out of coca cola. They got a truck the other day and they are now out of coke? Whoever is ordering their products weekly, are not putting in enough soda. A few weeks ago, half of the soda machine was out. It's getting to where I go across the street to the white oak station, because atleast they will have their fountains in stock!

They have a machine which grinds coffee beans automatically for a fresh cup every time, and they serve pizza

Casey's is a terrible company. They steal from their employees, the bathrooms are gross (splurge on some toilet seat covers will ya) and the slushy machine never works. They have ok breakfast sandwiches, but aside from that, I see no reason why a person shouldn't jus go across the street to Kum & Go.

Ice maker never works, the customer service is worse than Walmart and just a dirty store. Come on Casey’s get it together!
