I walked in and I thought someone said hi to me (I guess because I'm used to QuikTrips (and that's an excellent way to keep customers plus prevent loss)) anyway I guess they didn't and so the guy looked at me like I had a tumor growing out of my forehead.
After him and the older woman there were d doing tobacco inventory for about 5 minutes while I stood there, literally at the counter, staring at them, I got my refill and asked for $10 on the pump I was on and $20 back. And the total didn't reflect it... So I reminded him that he needed $20 back and he told me ( it's on the thing after you get your card in like I was an idiot or something ).
Clean place. Awful employees.... at least today.
THERE'S NEVER AN EXCUSE FOR RUDENESS AND BUDDY IF YOU THINK YOU'RE BETTER THAN OTHER PEOPLE YOU NEED TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR.

Ordered a pizza for my coworkers showed up exactly when it said it would be done just to learn they gave my pizza to someone else and I would have to wait on them to make another.

Lady wearing jean skirt is always rude. She wouldn’t ask me for my ID but I gave it to her through situational awareness. She proceeded to toss it back to me instead of handing it back and refused to put my items in a bag. An older gentleman took over both registers and gave me a bag and was as nice as could be. This isn’t the first time this Jean skirt lady has been rude.

I don't know what happened to this place but there's never no food anymore. Nothing stocked. It's like nobody cares overnight anymore. Now there's homeless people everywhere overnight.

This Casey's is the worst one in Joplin. Don't go in there at night if your looking for food in the warmer there always is nothing in the warmers. The employees are to busy talking instead of doing there job.

This is my gas station of choice in Joplin. It’s 24/7, which is rare. There’s a couple other Casey’s in town which are also 24hrs, this one is just near my house. They are all pretty much the same as far as cleanliness and service.

Breakfast pizza is freshly cooked and tastes great, doughnuts are made fresh daily, great variety of (and freshly ground) coffee (beans).

If you’re in a hurry, this should be the absolute last place on the planet. You should stop every single cashier that works here likes to dig around and have side conversations and take 50 minutes to check each person out.

This new way of ordering sucks all I want to do is call my local store and order my pizza I was put on hold for 10 minutes finally hung up and had to go to the store and wait while my pizza was made for people who are not tec savvy this system sucks!!

Night manager for 10-31-2024 into 11-1-2024 was amazing. We placed delivery at 12am and had issues and went to pick up and manager made it right after waiting over an hr for doordash to never pick up and deliver

Wad standing in line with 5 people in front of me. The one guy cashing people out and the lady behind the counter worried about finding a cell phone charger. The guy does a great job. Some of the employees there just do not care. There was a dirty mop bucket in the middle of the floor were there was a spill and nobody cleaned it up? Just parked the mop bucket there and called it good. I know help is hard to find but damn really if you don't want to be there find another job

So... was there this morning and yep... I drink more creamer than coffee. However when I was getting the creamer..a thick chunk of something came out. Freaked me out so I trashed it. The lady then went over and pulled it out of the trash can as I went and got me a cold one. I have a bit of social anxiety causing me to just want get out of store. I did tell her some kind of thick chunky stuff came out of the creamer. She could have just asked me.... and waited until I was out of the store to dig it out of the can 🥺
