I couldn't believe how filthy and disgusting the soda fountain machine was. It looks like a Bacteria Farm, The ice dispenser didn't look like it hadn't been cleaned in months, so gross. I have noticed the same issue with the location on 20th and Connecticut. If the ice dispenser is this filthy the plastic nipples that the soda flows thru must be just as disgusting. If you zoom in on my pics you can see how filthy it is, even the ice dispenser arm is covered in funk! Made me think twice before I purchased a drink. I have to wonder how clean the preparation area is where the pizza and other foods are prepared.

The other evening I had gotten overcharged due to a error with the card reader. I hadn't noticed when it happened at 9:18p.m. the following day I realized what had happened. I went in and asked for a manager. That is when I met William. I explained what had happened and he was aware of the card reader errors. He went in and pulled up my receipt and made it right even though I didn't have a copy of the receipt myself. I have to say I didn't expect them to actually make it right. But William treated me with true respect and made a rough situation very easy. Thank you sir. These folks treat you like a real person and with respect. Excellent customer service.

There's a young man who works the night shift that my 10 year old Autistic son just loves to pieces and calls his Casey's friend. Normally, my son has a hard time being in public, thinking he may get made fun of for his speech impediments. Slowly but surely, this young man has given him a boost of confidence each time we visit to get gas or food. I never caught his name, but he deserves a little recognition for going above and beyond. If you see this "Casey's friend", I hope you find the cool side of your pillow every night for the rest of your life ??

Attempted to go in about 10pm on a Saturday (Today). As soon as I pulled up a worker in the parking lot smoking seemed to just rush in and shut down all the lights and lock the door and refuse to say anything. If it's not 24 hours just say that. Don't be rude to a regular. Not happy with the experience...

Typically understaffed and if you are there to get drinks you are going to be disappointed. I have never seen a convenience store where almost half of their drinks are completely out and clearly not restocked as the same drinks will be missing for a few days sometimes. They make a good pizza but don't order online delivery and order pizza + something from the store. They need to not give the dasher both pieces (Had this happen multiple times).

I live in Joplin Mo. We ordered a Supreme Pizza light on the sauce and Xtra cheese. It was the best pizza I've ever eaten . Whomever made this needs a raise. Great job.
