Attempted to go in about 10pm on a Saturday (Today). As soon as I pulled up a worker in the parking lot smoking seemed to just rush in and shut down all the lights and lock the door and refuse to say anything. If it's not 24 hours just say that. They never have any food made in the mornings for work every time I go I'm there for breakfast before work there's no food made and the shelves are empty idk how they're still in business

Typically understaffed and if you are there to get drinks you are going to be disappointed. I have never seen a convenience store where almost half of their drinks are completely out and clearly not restocked as the same drinks will be missing for a few days sometimes. They make a good pizza but don't order online delivery and order pizza + something from the store. They need to not give the dasher both pieces (Had this happen multiple times).

I live in Joplin Mo. We ordered a Supreme Pizza light on the sauce and Xtra cheese. It was the best pizza I've ever eaten . Whomever made this needs a raise. Great job.

I was purchasing gas,mega millions ticket and bottle water, there was a malfunction with the computer for the ticket for mega million and the lady stated that she had a line( which was 2 people behind me.) It's not customer service if a employee tells you to move out of the way cause she has 2 people in line behind me making me feel like I should not be waited on. She should not tell her customer to hurry up cause she has a line she should not be there if she wants to rush customers away,like it's taking her time away, poor poor service ,she needs to be spoke to about how if she is worried about a line building up of customers, she needs help,again the employee should not tell her customers to hurry up. Very rude!

The cashier made a mistake ringing up our purchase. When brought to her attention she voided our transaction before the manager could see it. Manager backed up the cashier being rude to us. I asked for a chair as I'm handicapped so as to call my card for verification. She refused to help me! We went up the road to Wal-Mart used the same card and bought $39.00 in fuel. Very rude employees.

So I just tried to go into Casey's on West 7th and this d*** kid kicked me out because I have a service dog never in my life have I ever been told I couldn't be somewhere because of my service dog, shame on you Casey's for allowing this d*** kid to run your business. I WILL be filling a complaint with the Department of Justice for discrimination as well as filing a private lawsuit in Federal court charging the Casey's with discrimination under the ADA

My husband and I stopped here to buy cigarettes mind you we are 36 and 38 I had my license and passport he refused so I sent my husband in to buy them he then refused to sell my husband his brand with a valid ID but let him buy mine as he as said he wouldn’t let him buy themFor me totally ridiculous we both are clearly over age had ID to prove it and he threaten to call the cops I think management needs to review the camera and get this guy out of there because he was selling homeless men behind us with NO LICENSE but not us

Stopped at lunch to grab a sub. Not a single person in line, but it took 26 minutes (TWENTY SIX!) to get a sub.And to top it off, it was one of the worst subs I've ever had. Bread was dry and crumbling, toppings falling out everywhere. I ate the meat, cheese, and some of the veggies with a fork, threw the rest away. Just awful. Never again.
