My husband and I Went in today for a new phone and to switch from metro by T-Mobile we were treated very kindly and she helped with every single question we had, Above and beyond customer service ? glad we switched. Very helpful.

Went there last week to upgrade my phone. #1stupid I have pay for an upgrade since I've been a customer for over 7 years. #2 the rep didn't even advise me that the phone didn't come with a charging port so I had to spend more money at Walmart to get a charging port. After spending $200 on a new phone, I was furious! Need to treat loyal customers a lot better. Come on!

Its always something, i can't ever just go pay my bill it has to be something stupid. $5 fee for paying in person , won't let me make partial payments when i only pay 2-3 lines and worst of all their attitude and unwillingness to bother trying to help are the only thing you'll find here. Don't get cricket and don't go here.
