Its always something, i can't ever just go pay my bill it has to be something stupid. $5 fee for paying in person , won't let me make partial payments when i only pay 2-3 lines and worst of all their attitude and unwillingness to bother trying to help are the only thing you'll find here. Don't get cricket and don't go here.

Hey people out there--Ray told me about the glass screen saver and yes it's a little more money but absolutely well worth it. His customer service is outstanding and the fastest I've ever seen-bar none. He is more than an asset to Cricket wireless. Great customer service- - And that's where it's at....

I went in because my case was falling apart. Ray quickly helped me find a new case and even put my new screen protector on for me (I bought it weeks ago but never put it on). The whole time, he was very friendly chatting with my kiddo. Awesome experience!

So to start out, I just want to say this store right here was the best one I worked in. And it’s almost been a year since I worked here. The reason why I left Was the manager. Let’s call her S, she lied to upper management about some of the things going on in the store. She stole Demos “headphones, chargers, etc” from the store (blamed it on the reps). Not to mention she stole sales when we “weren’t doing it correctly”. She blamed reps for her mishaps, and I got wrote of for one of them. For example her drawer was $20 short, when I closed alone. I proceeded with to call her and let her know. She came up and put $20 in the drawer, and said I owed her $20.She would also tell her reps they couldn’t hangout outside work Because it’s “company policy”. She constantly talked bad about the other managers/other coworkers (including her employees) and her own area manager in front of customers. I got singled out for months by this manager. And when I tried to speak up and stand up for myself. She told our area manager that I was looking for a fight and she can never talk to me about my “write ups” because I’m constantly arguing with her. And then when I left for my mental health, and went into a mental hospital she put me down as NON- REHIRE ABLE. I would have stayed, but she made my mental health worse.The best thing this company did for this store was remove her. Even if she removed herself cause the manager this store has right now is beyond AMAZING.

Great customer service! I have 12 lines with them and have had service with them for several years. I would have all my service with Cricket if they had unlimited home internet service.

Well I can say that I don't miss working for this company or the staff. You don't always have to one up someone or treat them rudely when they come into the store. I'm a customer now not an employee or any of that. I don't need things thrown in my face or to be treated like an outcast. So from now on I will only pay bill online and not shop in stores. I know you guys can do better but this experience tonight was petty.
