Pharmacist and techs were extremely helpful. Store was organized and clean. Pharmacy hours are clearly posted , including a 30 minute closure for their lunch break ( don't we all need one??). Glad to see the second pharmacist return after his medical leave.

The prices displayed on the shelves are incorrect! After scanning my items I noticed they scanned for a lot more than was on their shelves! Never coming here again!

The CVS on 32nd street doesn't keep regular hours that are posted. We've signed up for vaccinations and tests only for them to be closed. This has happened 3 times to us. We never got notified that the scheduled appointment was not available. When we tried to call, they refer us to online scheduling. Have loved CVS in other towns but this one is unorganized, unreliable and poorly staffed. We'll go elsewhere.

We went to this CVS for vaccinations and from the time we arrived they seemed irritated that they had to deal with our insurance. While waiting for them to call insurance, I was told I was glaring at them. It was really unpleasant. We left and will not be back!

I made an appoint fora COVID booster at CVS gor my husband and me. We're given appointments at the CVS in Joplin at the store at 32nd street. I recieved confirmation email and a reminder email 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacist - Tara - informed me that they could not give me the booster because she was not going to open a vial and waste vaccines for one person. They were only going to do vaccines one day a week. When I asked why was I scheduled and reminded to show up today. She told me that they had nothing to do with the CVS online scheduling. However, their policy does not allow walk-ins, you have to go through their online scheduling program. When I questioned how that happens she was rudely dismissive. I drove down the street to Walgreens where they welcomed my business and gave my husand and me our boosters. CVS customer service has been horrible the past 6 months. I will never shop there again!! Walgreens has my business!

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. Every time, without fail, even if my prescription has been sent electronically, they tell me it'll be 30 minutes. And every time, without fail, when I come back (sometimes hours later) they're not ready.

Perhaps she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but that's really no excuse to be rude to your customers. Should I say potential customers. I went to CVS all the time & experienced good service before I moved to JOMO. You can keep your mile long receipts & poor attitude. I'm going to Walgreens!

I had to change to this pharmacy several years ago because of my insurance. I have been unhappy almost every time I have had to refills my prescriptions.

I'm forced to go here because of my insurance. Their rewards are useless, they don't even tell you that the money coupons you receive are your rewards until after $12 have expired and you ask how you can redeem your reward! I want to redeem them all at once! Not $2 here and $3 there!

Beware Of This Pharmacy. Their System when refilling medications will automatically boot your insurance out of their system and make you buy generic even if the meds they try and pawn off on you do not work and cause severe allergenic reaction and possible death. My mother has been with CVS for over 20 + years in Kansas City But when my parents moved they started doing business with the CVS in Joplin MO. The pharmacist are less then mature and just are down right rude ,when she called about my fathers diabetic shots they said that Silver script is no longer paying for them and they gave her some generic for my Dad , long story short, he had a sever reaction, she called them and they laughed at her and said this is all his insurance would cover, she did call silver script and put a complaint into them about this . Thank goodness she called medicare herself and found out that was Not the case at all. The medication he takes is covered by medicare it was CVS's system that would not approve his diabetic shots. This is just one issue my mother and father has had with them. They are now leaving CVS for good and taking their business to a competent pharmacy one that cares about sick people..!!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Not staffed correctly. They won't pick up the phone to follow up with prescription services. Won't come to pick-up window. Unless you need candy or laundry soap avoid at all costs.

The store has a nice selection of items. Most of the cashiers are friendly. The prices are a bit up there on certain items though. There is nothing wrong with the parking lot or entrance like another review said.

I really enjoy shopping at this CVS location. It is always well staffed and just a pleasant place to be, generally very clean (they always seem to be cleaning!) and comfortable temperature with nice music playing. Prices are a little high on some items, but between the great, cozy store atmosphere and good rewards program (mobile app or internet) I really like to shop here especially for beauty and personal care items. While I also shop at Walgreen's, the huge one directly across the street (former May's Drug Warehouse) is old and dirty with terrible, rude service so I will always choose CVS instead!

WARNING!!!!!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! This location is an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Dangerous, hazardous, careless, potential deathtrap. This is a new store and appears to have too much store on too little a lot, for one thing. It's safe to enter the parking lot but you take your chances when exiting to 32nd street. Because of a failure of the builders to properly install traffic stop signs and mirrors at the northeast corner, those exiting from the front of the store run the risk of being rammed by careless drivers leaving the drive thru. That's what nearly happened to me. Leaving the store there is a yellow strip and sign at the corner for the drive thru customers and none for those leaving the front of the store. Stupid woman ran through this area at 25 to 30 miles an hour and if I hadn't been driving slowly, she would have done serious damage to the passenger side of my car. What is worse is the dismissive attitude of the manager of this store. I went back to the store to speak to the manager regarding this near accident. I could tell she was fairly irritated at just being informed that there is a hazardous condition at this store. Nothing she could do about it she said. Called city hall and was told that there are regulations regarding signage on private parking lots and that they may be in violation of code. Hope they get a big fine. Had that woman hit me I would have gotten a lawyer to sue her, the store and the chain, and likely would have won due to the poor set up of the parking lot and the fact that I have a dash cam which recorded this woman ram-rodding through there. Plus, because I honked my horn at her, this woman (on drugs, drunk or just bad driver) got out of her car, cursed at me and admitted that it was her fault for running the area like she did which the dash cam also recorded. While this is a nice store and good location, the dangerous conditions in the parking lot isn't worth visiting this place.
