Elliott and Taylor have the best customer service you can get here at CVS pharmacy. The shelves are always stocked. They help customers every chance they get. They should both get a raise of pay period.
Savannah, Olivia, and Vaughn are the best back in the pharmacy. They are always helpful and always happy to see me. They are always working hard and never slow down for anything.They need a raise of pay as well, period.

We visited this location at 8:30 PM tonight, 3/5/25. My coupons and ExtraCare Rewards weren't applying at the self-checkout so the Manager helped me and it went right through. The store was clean. Almost all of the clearance items were out of stock, but the store was well stocked, otherwise. They have handicapped accessible parking and restrooms. A large parking lot. The staff was helpful, yet not very friendly. All of the sales were clearly marked.

Part of the time the drive through isn't even open. It has happened 4 times to me and when you are sick not very pleasant.

The store is always so clean! And the shelves are nice and neat. Easy to find everything I need and the sales are clearly marked.

0 stars if possible. This CVS consistently changes hours and is exceedingly difficult to work with. Without notice, they close early making it impossible to get your prescriptions in a timely manner. Staff is not helpful. I have called corporate without any resolve. I never leave reviews, but this place is so bad. If my insurance didn't force me to use CVS, I would be done with them. They need serious help.

Slowest place I've ever been to and I've used cvs for years. I travel alot and used several cvs all over th United States and this one is the worst place ever

Pharmacy drive thru is a joke, if they don’t have the prescriptions ready for a patient they should tell the driver to come in or be back later instead of having to wait forever in the drive thru and having the people behind waiting too.

Went there to get son’s prescription. It should have been ready by 11:30. I get there 3 hours later and they said they just got it and they will expedite it and be ready in 15-20 mins. Fine so I wait the 20 mins and I came back in to go pick it up and another pharmacist helps me and says that they just got it and it will be ready in 20 mins. They weren’t even busy. Now at this point I know they’re lying to me so I got upset because my son is very sick waiting for his prescription that was supposed to be ready hours ago. Not to mention the lady helping me gave me attitude. It made me regret choosing CVS as my pharmacy. There’s other pharmacy’s in town I don’t recommend this one.

These people just don't care. At all. Thier customer service is so bad, they literally do not take phone calls.

I get texts that my prescriptions are ready and then when I get there they say “oh it’s not ready yet we can have it ready in 30 minutes” like gee thanks for having a system that doesn’t work and waisting my time.
