If you have to pick up meds even when they are already filled and ready for pick up, be prepared to wait forever in drive through or in store. They take their sweet time talking about their night while you wait for them to come help you even after they have seen you. Do better cvs.

Beyond frustrated! Had to switch from my regular pharmacy to CVS for Medicare and my secondary insurance. I spilled a prescription and lost all but 2 pills down the drain out of a 3 month prescription that still had 3 weeks before refill. You cannot reach a human on the phone at CVS. I had to go through my doctor and let them explain to CVS Besides charging me full price because it wasn't time to refill, they kept me at the driveway for over 10 minutes. This made me late for work. It's not the first time, either. Three times before, the window was either closed or took waaaay too long to take my money and give me my prescription. My former pharmacy would've given me a emergency supply to get me to the refill date. Not a happy camper right now.

Pharmacist and techs were extremely helpful. Store was organized and clean. Pharmacy hours are clearly posted , including a 30 minute closure for their lunch break ( don't we all need one??). Glad to see the second pharmacist return after his medical leave.

The prices displayed on the shelves are incorrect! After scanning my items I noticed they scanned for a lot more than was on their shelves! Never coming here again!

My pregnant wife sick we came from ER to take her medicine they told us that need 24 hours to order it. After 24 hours I came and say sorry. We didn’t get it. They didn’t call me before so I can go to check another pharmacy and they let patients suffering for nothing. Now the give me a paper to go and check other pharmacies to check.. Never come to CVS go to Walmart pharmacy.

The CVS on 32nd street doesn't keep regular hours that are posted. We've signed up for vaccinations and tests only for them to be closed. This has happened 3 times to us. We never got notified that the scheduled appointment was not available. When we tried to call, they refer us to online scheduling. Have loved CVS in other towns but this one is unorganized, unreliable and poorly staffed. We'll go elsewhere.

Have been a loyal customer here at the 32nd St. Joplin location for the past few months. I do most of my shopping at the other stores in town, but CVS does carry some items the other stores - including Walmart - do not. I also pick up other odds and ends that might be on sale or that I have CVS coupons for.However, there have been times when all the cashiers seem to be on break. Sometimes they'll tell you that they're on break and that you'll need to use self-checkout. Other times they'll just leave the "Register Closed" signs up and let you guess that they're on break. An inconvenience for me since I'm not a fan of self-checkout, but I've understood their need to go on break. Most of the times I've gone in there though, there have been at least one or two cashiers on duty who actually go out of their way to help you and check you out.This evening the two cashiers who were supposed to be on duty at the one or two open registers flat out ignored me. One was standing right there at the register yapping on their cell phone. The other was joking around with Cashier #1. Both just stood there, looked at me and went back to yapping. After waiting for 4-5 minutes, I gave up and used self-checkout. While checking out, the machine got glitchy and started repeating the same message over and over again. One of the cashiers actually had the audacity to complain about that machine driving her crazy (Karma in action?? hahaha). Had she done her job and checked me out, it wouldn't have happened in the first place.Needless to say, after tonight, I'll be doing a little more of my shopping at the Walgreens right across the street from CVS.....

wish i could give 0 stars. my drs office sent my script over 5 times over the course of 3 days. and each time they found something wrong with it, or pretended they didn’t have it. if it was just a problem with their system i wouldn’t even make a review, but they were SO rude over the phone. I asked if i was speaking with the same pharmacist i spoke with before since it was my millionth time calling back and forth, and they said “you didn’t speak with a pharmacist last time” like okay, sorry i didn’t ask her job title i was just trying to be respectful. I didn’t say that but i wish i would have because when she came back after asking that person, she informed me as if i was a preschooler that if my drs office doesn’t do ~something~ a certain way, their system “throws it out.” which is a fine thing to say, but they way she said it was SO MEAN.It’s a good thing I was calling for my birth control and not psych meds bc you cannot talk to everyone that way.it seems like the WHOLE time the problem was with the system, so why be rude? I definitely wasn’t because i had 7 minutes each time on hold to rehearse what i wanted to say and make changes as I put myself in their shoes. I wish they would have done the same for me and considered “hm maybe she doesn’t want to call us 10 different times over 3 days for the same reason”anyways, i’ll be getting my scripts sent elsewhere foreverrrrr.

This CVS pharmacy has been the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am appalled at the lack of customer service at this establishment and how rude I was treated today. I called the pharmacy to explain that I was overcharged for my prescription that I take every day. I am supposed to have a $40 copay on each. My husband picked up my scripts and didn’t know that $70.59 for one and $137.99 for the other was too much. This happened the last time and I had to go in and the pharmacist corrected it. When I TRIED to explain my situation, I was interrupted and not allowed to complete my sentence. I finally asked if she would allow me to speak…she then told me I was charged correctly and that I needed to call the insurance company. She said they filled it just like they did last time and I said that is why it’s wrong!!! Explained again that the pharmacist had to correct it. She informed me she was the pharmacist and the pharmacy manager and that I needed to call the insurance company!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I can tell you one thing….as a registered nurse for many years….I can GUARANTEE I will never recommend this pharmacy to my patients if they ask where to get their medications filled!!!! On a separate note….went Saturday before last at 2:00 in the afternoon to pick up my husband’s medicine to find a note on the pharmacy window that they were closed due to short staffing!!!! Tried the next Tuesday and they closed at 2 that day as well!!!! At this rate….being short staffed will be the least of their worries!!! Not surprised about the staffing with the way the pharmacy manager spoke with me!!!!!!!

The femal pharmacist is hateful and file my daughter’s insurance twice and then still did not want to give her the children’s medication. Pharmacy error or was it insurance fraud. We shall find out because now Medicaide is investigating them/ herThe assistants were also being rude, slamming the window at the drive thru and through the medication at my daughter after they realized my daughter was filming them. Come on guys , do better!! Your making CVS look bad a long with yourselves. Shame on you and your customer service !!!

This CVS pharmacy has been really helpful. I moved across the country and they were able to get my prescriptions switched over immediately. They process people through the drive-thru extremely fast. The store is always clean. The staff at the pharmacy are really wonderful.
