The 2 ladies at the pharmacy were extremely hateful and not helpful at all. I will not go back to that location.

The pharmacy tech Kris at the Joplin CVS in target is extremely rude. She was rolling her eyes at my questions and acted like I was a bother when I was filling my script. She was also very short and annoyed with the older gentleman that was in front of me. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of experience with her.

Prices are high. On the shelf is a price is one then when you go to pay everything is more . plus they charge taxes twice. This place is a rip off. They charge you for stuff you didn't even get then they dont want to refund anything. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THERE.

CVS is one of the worst phamacies ever. I went in yesterday (Friday) because my neurologist called in a new prescription on my medications to help prevent seizures. He had to raise the dose of my pills. They've been out twice of my medications to keep me from having a seizures and they don't acknowledge anybody. They never smile. They don't wear masks. I will say this. If I have a seizure I will be calling a lawyer and I will see to it competent people work there from now on.

CVS is one of the worst phamacies ever. I went in yesterday (Friday) because my neurologist called in a new prescription on my medications to help prevent seizures. He had to raise the dose. They are out until Monday. A pharmacy that has no pills on hand for almost three days. Hope I don't have a seizure before I can get my pills! And she didn't apologize or anything. Nice to know they don't care for their patients. If my insurance didn't require me to use CVS I would go somewhere else. And I will tell everybody I know that CVS is not great.

Extremely helpful and friendly. The best CVS Pharmacy I've been too. Much better than the one in Green Valley. 😎😎😎😎 Another great visit staff was very helpful. 👠Have nothing negative to say about service. The nice lady was extremely understanding helping me with by problem. 😎😎😎😎 Thanks again. 11/8 I winter in Arizona this Pharmacy calls me and kept me informed of my prescriptions. They have always been outstanding to me. They deserve 5 stars. Thank you! 👠11/30 Metal door is broken need to ring the bell for service. ðŸ‘

Beware Of This Pharmacy. Their System when refilling medications will automatically boot your insurance out of their system and make you buy generic even if the meds they try and pawn off on you do not work and cause severe allergenic reaction and possible death. My mother has been with CVS for over 20 + years in Kansas City But when my parents moved they started doing business with the CVS in Joplin MO. The pharmacist are less then mature and just are down right rude ,when

The pharmacy constantly frustrates me. I've never been to pharmacy that was so hard to get them to do their job. If I had the ability I would pick any other Pharmacy over this one. The people working the counter at the pharmacy need some social skills training. They have a habit of telling you what they won't do or what they don't want to do instead of trying to do their job. I have never gotten so much resistance from a pharmacy.
