I would give no stars if that were an option. If you're thinking of using them for flooring I would go elsewhere. My daughter went there for vinyl plank flooring. And this is how they left her house. The manager, Joe Shockley was very rude and unhelpful. I highly recommend going somewhere else. And if you do decide to go with them, get everything in writing beforehand.

Jason helped us find the flooring that was perfect for our home! The team that came out to install was awesome! We switched to Derailed after getting other quotes in the area and they were way more affordable! They saved us thousands of dollars and the new flooring looks amazing!

Bought 2 new recliners April 2022. Had problems with both within 2 weeks now it February 2023 and still not fixed. They tried a bad repair with cotton in June 2022 now both are unusable and both mechanisms are bent.

Trevor provided my wife an I great costumer service. He worked with us to get us the lowest price on our floors we could get. Derailed was able go get flooring that Sutherland and other bigger stores couldn’t get any more of. They also connected us with a honest quality installer. My wife loves the floors and we have already be asked were we got them.

I want impressed. Their prices are way too high, even in carpet remnants.The sure associate followed us arond the store the entire time were were there. He even followed us back to the front while we were leaving. Maybe he thought we were going to stick a 12' roll of carpet in our back pocket?

Always friendly and helpful staff. They seem to work hard to help get supply in a tough market currently. Selection is reasonable, but nit as extensive as a focused tile specialty business. They have furniture as well that looks nice. Worth a stop while in Joplin doing some home improvement or redesign work and needing some options. Do ensure that they have enough of what you may need in stock and check supply quickly.

We have always bought our furniture here as well as our rugs. The people are very professional. Joe and Jeannie answered all and any questions we had asked and was patient while we looked around.
