Restrooms have been “out of order” at least 2 years. That is just unacceptable. Also, I have never heard a nice word from the skinny lady that seems to be in charge. The bright spot there is Andrew. Always pleasant and helpful. If I have time, I’ll drive the extra 5 miles south to the next one.

I really want to leave negative stars. I showed up at 845 (they close at 10) to purchase Ibuprofen. There was no signs stating they were closed. There was people inside shopping and a small line at the register. It was 20 degrees and I had my two young kids with me after spending all day in the hospital (and getting out after the pharmacy was closed). I live right next to this dollar store and stopped in. The doors would not open and the gentlemen working made eye contact and ignored me for several minutes while i stood in the freezing cold. He finally came to the door and told me they were closed to unload a truck. I told him id been in the hospital, had my kids, and just needed ibprofen (again, there were several people actively shopping..). I begged him because i was in desparate need, exhausted, and the nearest store was walgreens on 20th and rangeline...he didnt care at all. I mentioned there were no closing signs...he was not nice!!!! Awful customer service and we are in this store multiple times a week. Ive never cried like i did in thay parking lot after such a long day...he had 0 empathy. He stuck a sign up as I was calling the district manager in tears from the parking lot. I typically wouldnt care. I get the truck thing - weve had a bad snow storm...it was the way i was treated and the total lack of empathy!

It's just like most other local dollar stores, nice friendly service with clean buildings. I'm just not lucky enough to find what I'm looking for whenever I'm in this specific store. So I get it from the one down the road in the Tipton Ford area.
Doesn't mean I won't stop back looking on my long drive home weekly hoping for the best.

I was in there last week and they are very nice and helpful. One of the friendliest DG stores I’ve ever seen. And I used to deliver to the DG stores. Here is Ashley,Tiffany and Brittany in front of the show truck. Also the guy in there I think was Tom. Anyway I give them 10 stars!

Not a fan, saying that their water doesn’t work but yet you can drink out of the water fountain it’s like they don’t want to clean the bathrooms so lazy

Good store on the edge of town for those of us that don't like going fully into town. And the staff have been helpful when needed.

So whoever the closing Team members were on Tuesday night were very unprofessional. I understand you close at 10:00pm but I literally grabbed 4 items and when I was checking out and it was 9:55pm and needed to use the restroom and was denied mind you I am 6 months pregnant… very rude

Everytime I am in this store they are either out of stock or the item rings up a different price than what it's marked on the shelf. I much prefer Walmart !!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We stop here on the way home and got some french bread pizza, got home to cook it and it had mold all over it, exp. date was Jan 2023. I called to let them know so they could pull it off the shelves, the gentleman was very nice and apologized for it, offered a refund and thanked us for letting them know.

I bought a battery for my insulin pump, and they let me change the battery at the counter. They even lent me a dime to use. Phenomenal staff and atmosphere ?
