“Good computer techs are disappearing, but Joplin Computers is a hidden gem. I ran into an issue with a couple of my employee’s computers, one a PC and one a Mac.
I assumed I would get help with a PC, as Macs seem to be foreign territory to most. Fortunately Todd fixed both! He was able to fix lagging on the PC and a memory/software issue on the Mac (if I recall), plus his prices are VERY reasonable.
I now have him to providing virus/spyware/monitoring to keep our computers secure. Everything has been great ever since, even getting occasional calls personally letting us know about the computer’s health and performance. Definitely a good find!”
