Jamal Morris greeted us with a "Hello" and a handshake as soon as we walked in. He impressed us with the fact that he remembered our son's name. Our son is a college student who had to attend class that morning. So we returned the vehicle for him [parents]. Jamal was expedient with the process of the return and made sure we were happy with the vehicle. We were back on the road in no time. Jamal was the classic example of genuine customer service and knowledge of your services. You'd be best served to keep him on board.

Everything went very smoothly check the vehicle out and returning it. When I called with question it was answered clearly and politely. Emily Nevills, person handling my return was awesome to deal with.

The staff was informational and quick to get me to my car and on my way. I reserved a SUV but when I got there they didn’t have one for me. With my bad back it was hard to get in and out of the car they gave me. But overall service was good.

So.. my first experience with company. Booked vehicle for $155. No one said about insurance, but ok.. payed additional $50 need to get home before holidays. After drop off was charged for $265… will never use again.

I made a reservation in advance. Get there right before the holiday weekend and was told I needed a major credit card. I never needed one before. I've always used my debit card. I was embarrassed because there were other customers behind me. Unbelievablely the most horrible experience I've been through. Btw called and found out they were wrong. Poor customer service and appreciation.

Business travel. Rented a car through our corporate office. Pretty easy experience.I had a flat tire and they exchanged vehicles with minimal effort.
