“No attempt made” 5 days in a row with several packages being delayed and for whatever reason not delivered. Even seen the truck go by a few times
Update: watched driver all day today via the ‘live tracking’ and he came close, but finally turned around and went back to Joplin around 730, making it 5 days in a row where my package went out for delivery and no attempt was made to deliver it . Would give 0star if I could

Why cant i give a ZERO? ZERO customer service! ZERO help! ZERO ability to deliver my package! Loading package on truck for delivery and canceling delivery after NO attempt 5 STARS! Multiple times loading package on truck then canceling WITHOUT ATTEMPT to deliver 5 STARS!! ZERO ability to give an explanation why NO ATTEMPT to deliver was made 5 STARS! WORTHLESSNESS 5 STARS! Go UPS!! He'll, give me DHL!!

Customer service and delivery service sucks. Had my item on the truck on 2/17. Saw the truck pass by my house with out dropping off. Called customer service to figure out if it wouldn’t be delivered I would pick up at warehouse two times, both times told me it was on the truck and would be delivered. Still not here 2/21. Terrible service I would use USPS over FedEx any day!

Was told with original tracking number that the package would be delivered on 2/21. Only for it to show up on 2/17 with no notice and a required signature. We were home but the delivery driver did not knock on the door to notify us he was there. To top it off, the receiver does not have the right to adjust the course to a fedex pickup location. So I was forced to wait all day from 8 am- 8pm on 2/18. There was bad weather that day and I called customer service several times to ask for updates if the truck driver would be delivering it today or delayed by weather and they assured me 5 times on 5 separate phone calls that it would be there by 8 pm. I called at 8:50 pm only to be advised that they knew at 12:30 pm that the truck was not coming. This is abhorrent and unacceptable! Now I am praying I can get it tomorrow or at least have some communication for what is happening with my package.

This would of been an amazing job 👏 but they wouldn't help with there glitch in there background check which never would let me fill out even when I called the 1800 number they even said it was error in app so I can say anything on this company thank u

I can't express enough how unreliable our FedEx Team is here in Joplin. Has happened more often than I think is normal and now again. Have 4 things, varying in size from small box to furniture. All expected yesterday. They put them on trucks in the a.m.only to have the package go back to the facility in the p.m. I have wasted my time and energy trying to be home for these deliveries and you CAN NOT rely on them.

Driver picked up my pain med package from Fayetteville VA hospital on the 17th but has not delivered it to me and this is the 21st.
I guess I'll report my package as stolen by your driver 🫤
