First I would like to say I was upset when I entered this store. Not at the employee but google maps for taking me to the wrong place, but I am here so now I am invested. Reggie was working and so nice and helpful and was able to get me what I needed. He was personable not transactional and smiled. Before I left, I done forgot why I was upset and he had me laughing. I appreciate you Reggie, there needs to be more people in customer service like you. They are lucky to have you.

The staff at the Belaire shopping center are the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever experienced, no more UPS or USPS for me if I can help it.

You can call three times and get a different story from each and every one of them for them to tell you the location is closed at the moment even though it was open all day and they didn't want to unload the one truck that has your stuff on it

The third party company for the ground, McAllisters, needs replaced. They are horrible and just refuse to do any actual work. FedEx needs to screen their third parties better.

Had a problems with the package was supposed to be delivered signature required, and they still deliver to the wrong house in the wrong address with the wrong signature

I brought a phone to be returned to a seller in to be shipped. Instead of informing me that I needed to have a box, The manager grabbed one of the shelf behind the counterboxed my phone and then charged me $6 to send it. As I walked out I valence to see the same boxes on a shelf by the door for $1.75. I made him aware of it and He told me that I had to pay for him to pack it. Highly annoyed and unsatisfied with this location.

Reggie was a huge help with all my printing needs! I was able to print invitations out on transparent, vellum paper, and Reggie even provided me a paper cutter to cut my invitations down to size!

Same issue as everyone else. New delivery driver refuses to bring package to door. I've had packages left in the damn street. He's also left them at the end of my driveway in the middle of my driveway and to the side of my house but never once to my door. I get no delivery notifications and since he never comes anywhere near my door or doorbell I never know it's delivered until hours later, then I have to go searching around the whole perimeter of my house to see where the idiot dropped it this time.

I send a package over three weeks now and all FedEx is doing is just Holding the package and saying it because of fraud and activities when I called they are they giving me the runaround telling me to go where I sent the package from when I went there it’s still the same thing they have my package they don’t want to cancel it they don’t want to let it through FedEx is the worst company I ever dealt with in delivering a package

FedEx is always delivering my packages to the wrong houses ! I have to go hunt for them !
