If you have a Tesla, beware that they cannot perform rear alignment on them. I called them and asked if they were able to perform alignments on Teslas. They said they could do it.
I later find out after the service was performed that they can only do the fronts. I have to bring my car to Tesla Service Center anyway. I'm out an additional $100.
If you have a Tesla, just take it to the service center or you could be like me. They apologized for the misunderstanding but the price has been paid. The appropriate response is to let the customer know this before work is performed.
EDIT: they refunded me fully and apologized

They double the price on parts! And when working on your vehicle if The head of a bolt breaks off, then you get charged to extract that bolt. They will give you an estimate and start adding to it then contact you to let you know that they have.(144/hr.)

they’ve changed several of my tires in the past I don’t know what happened, but they put the wrong size tires on my Transit van, causing my vehicle to not run, right.

The service person was good to tell me at my oil change that I need some extra work on my care, but neglected to tell me that one part and labor was extremely expensive. Then also neglected to tell me that they had to order the part because they didn’t have it in stock. Very Very poor communication. Will not be back!!!!!

Been sitting here for two and a half hours and my car still hasn’t been in the shop yet. They have two workers out here in the office that are dressed like mechanics but say they’ve only got one guy working today. They say they’re trying to get a crew together but this is ridiculous.

Had an appointment at 11 o’clock, got there at 10:30 and waited almost 2 hours and they didn’t even have the car pulled into the shop yet. We had to leave otherwise we would’ve been late for our other commitments.

I bought a lifetime alignment a few years back and recently replaced front end parts so I called and made an appointment to get my truck realigned, could have went to any shop ,but I paid for a lifetime alignment so I went to Firestone, when they finished the alignment they charged me for it . After I made an appointment with them and the person confirmed that I had a lifetime alignment, They charged me and I didn't have any cash or credit card with me because why would I need it for a warrantied repair. I had to get a credit card from my wife because I couldn't leave there lot or they were calling the cops, the whole deal was embarrassing and very frustrating and I'll never step foot in a Firestone ever again

I was having a tire emergency and I was just turned away from the Joplin FIRESTONE store!
As I pulled up, an employee came out of the bay to tell me that he couldn’t help replace my valve stem, or even put my spare on for me! He said it was because one of his technicians had called in sick today.
While he’s telling me this, I can clearly see two other uniformed employees setting down near the open bay doors, smoking cigarettes!!
Why would a HUGE tire chain like FIRESTONE treat a single woman having a clear tire emergency like that?? AND Knowing full-well that they’re the only tire shop in Joplin open on a Sunday!!
I figured they’d at least try to sell me a new tire, but I didn’t even receive that courtesy!
Not only will I never return to FIRESTONE for ANY services, I’ll also be letting all my female acquaintances know how they treat women at FIRESTONE !👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Employees were friendly, had very good communication, and were very talented at their job(s). I would highly recommend this location if you want the job done right, and at a fair price, with a knowledgeable staff.

We had a flat on the way from Oklahoma to Ohio. We came in just before they closed. The manager Bryan Layman said the mechanic was leaving, but he (Bryan)will stay and put our tire on for us to get us back on the road. 20 minutes later… We were heading. to Ohio. Thank you Bryan Layman

Was given an estimate of $1,300 to repair the issue. Got a second opinion at a different shop, confirmed Firestone was COMPLETELY wrong and it cost less than $100 to complete repair. They are shady crooks looking to scam anyone they can. And also extremely slow.

I am a little upset about my situation. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I was told that my brake vacuum booster, and my master cylinder is going out on my vehicle. That would cost over $2,000 dollars please. I said let’s do the oil change and I would take it to get a second opinion. I was then told by Fletcher Nissan A CAR DEALERSHIP!! That nothing was wrong and that I was getting cheated out of money. Wow a car dealership being more honest than a regular shop, and you know the other dealership if there was something wrong would definitely want to fix it and charge a hair less and still get a client out of it. Firestone do better!!

Made an appt for tires and an alignment, dropped my car off and arranged for a ride back at our discussed time. Upon arriving I noticed my car was still in the shop, 4 hours later. Once greeted by the associate he informed me “I was about to call you we've looked everywhere and can’t find all those tires.” He offered to give me part of them and order the other ones, I told him that wouldn’t work (I’m not rewarding bad business). I understand that things happen, but to just not even call and tell me is not good customer service. So now I have to take time out of my day again tomorrow to go to a more competent business and get my work done. I’ve done a lot of business here, the last time they scratched my rims and promised to call me to get it scheduled to fix, of course that never happened, and now this. I will not be back and will make sure that everyone I know will know of what my experiences here have been.

I have never had an oil change that has taken 3 hours before. I got to Firestone 10 minutes before my appointment, checked in, and then sat and waited for an hour and a half before my vehicle was even brought into the garage. I then waited another hour before being told my oil change was “almost done.” I then proceeded to wait another thirty minutes to get my vehicle back.
I also observed a few people get their oil change completed within the time I was waiting on my vehicle to be serviced. One woman came into the shop an hour after I had arrived, and left the shop an hour before I was able to leave.
