My wife and I were out of town and the brake assist light on our 2014 GMC Sierra came on. The brake pedal became so hard at times that I had to almost stand on the pedal to stop the truck. Friday morning I called the dealer and talked to Logan and explained my situation and he told me to bring it on in. Within 1 1/2 hours we were back on the road with a new vacuum pump. Logan was very professional and offered to take my wife and I anywhere we needed to go while our vehicle was being worked on. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Derrick was the mechanic that worked on our truck and did a great job. Thanks Logan, Derrick and the rest of the staff for getting us back on the road quick and safe.

The salesman and finance manager both lied and were not up front on monthly payments or my interest rate. I asked several times about what interest I was approved for and wasn’t told until I asked before signing the last document to purchase the vehicle.I felt pressured into financing with the dealership and decided to go through my own bank. When I told them what I was offered from my bank, he told me he could get within a tenth of my rate. The dealership was trying to take advantage of me and I should not have bought the vehicle.

My Buick Encore overheated today. Added some coolant after letting it cool down, then headed straight to Skyway. They got me right in with no delay. It took awhile to make the repairs, but they gave excellent and quick service. It was under warranty and that made it very inexpensive for me. Thank you Lance and Dan and whoever else waited on me and serviced my car!!

New car sales department is great. However,Extremely disorganized service department. It’s like pulling teeth to get a hold of them. They don’t return messages so you basically have to physically go there to get anything accomplished.

I just purchased an Encore GX from Skyway brand new and the entire process was smooth, until the end. We were greeted by a very helpful salesman and he pointed us in the right direction and made buying the vehicle realistic.After some negotiation and him showing us some of the potential figures, the sales manager stepped in and valued our trade in. He gave us a fair value and instead of belittling first time buyers or taking advantage he showed patience, willingness to work with us, and took extra time to explain things. As a manager he left a great impression on us and I felt even more confident to be dealing with Skyway.Now here is where the experience turned sour. Everything was mostly signed off on the car and we were turned over to the final step with the Finance manager, who I honestly would be uncomfortable to ever share a room with again.He seemed like a nice guy as well but his attitude quickly took a turn for the worse when it came to the additional optional coverages. My fiancé wanted more information on the packages, and gave his honest opinion that the upcharge on the final sale price compared to our negotiated price wouldn’t be worth the coverage.The finance manager completely crossed a professional line and started being disrespectful to my fiancé. He flat out told him he was a third wheel.. What an odd thing to suggest to someone who the buyer is living with and will feel the financial weight of the decisions. To put the icing on the cake and make everyone flat out uncomfortable he got out of his chair and told my fiancé he could “do his job for him.” And then stood awkwardly outside his office to make a childish point like my fiancé was stepping on his toes or something (which I didn’t feel at all to be the case) before returning seconds later.He arrogantly offered that he “took his Financial Manager position with Skyway for fun and to educate and that he has multiple rental properties in the surrounding area.” He seemed like he wasn’t too worried about the current job he was at or he would’ve taken our customer retention more seriously.We are very easy to get along with and my fiancé asked him if that’s seriously how he treats his customers, I mean we were all left speechless after he got up and walked out of the room after motioning his chair to my fiance. He handled a very small part of the buying process in a way that made me feel anxious and uncomfortable to be doing business with them. When I otherwise would’ve been thrilled about financing my first vehicle. Which is why I decided to just go ahead and just share this to google reviews. You can’t please everyone but just as a first time buyer and a woman he made me feel extremely uncomfortable.On the bright side, Andrew really helped us a lot as a salesperson and we also thought very highly of how John the sales manager conducted business with us.

Great Experience with James Green! Friendly, honest, & haggle free. The car we were interested in had a slight vibration. They took it to service & balanced the tires. Kept us up to date on everything. Service test drove the car to make sure the vibration was gone & James took it for another test drive himself to make sure everything was perfect. We had been shopping for a car for 6 months & this was by far the best experience with a dealership we had dealt with. The process was quick & friendly!

I have probably never felt more cared for and taken care of at a dealership than I have at Skyway. We purchased a used vehicle (no warranty) earlier this week and went back today to pick it up. We drove it off the lot and within 10 minutes had warning lights all over the dashboard. We called and they willingly said, “Bring it back! We will look at it.” They spent almost all day working on the car and then, when they realized we were running out of time in our schedule, sent us home with a rental car and the promise to deliver our car to us when all the repairs are done. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They care for customers in a beautiful way. Well done, Skyway!!

Me and my brother went there to get him a descent deal he put 10000 down for a jeep compass two days after warning light came on and the said it didn't have any warranty even when we was doing the paperwork we was told it had a factory still in affect 2 weeks in I have had to buy a rim tire jack and lug wrench now we have to replace the radio all together to fix his I am down 2695 and the service people was rude answering questions be very careful if you go there take a lawyer with you no stars
