The representative was very rude, condescending and argumentative.She disregarded the Doctors prescription and argued against providing DME based on her visual perception of my injury.Disregarded emergency authorization for DME to be provided ASAP citing the 72 hour rule even though emergency authorization was provided to her directly by my insurance provider.I ultimately, heeding my Doctors order, sought out DME at a local medical supply bank. Thank goodness one was available to check out on a temporary basis.Carol McNary

Avoid this place if you can. I know insurance a lot of times dictates where you can go but this place treated my daughter with a prosthetic leg terribly. Basically blamed and called her doctor's office liars.

I like freeman health essentials because they are polite and straight forward about what I need to have ordered for my CPAP supplies and when I need them ordered. Have always had good customer service.

The place is kind of big, for a newcomer, but everyone communicates so clearly... It's almost like it's for women, by women and of women X-DAt each point through the process, there are people guiding you through; I really appreciate that. All things considered, it was a good experience.

Very poor accounting of billing and payments. Be prepared to over billed without details. They will damage your credit score if you don’t pay their bills without question. Go elsewhere if you can.

Very helpful group of people . And they showed utmost respect and concern about getting the proper wheel chair so my brother can get around in his everyday normal activities . There service and positive attitude has helped my brother regain his self-worth. With that he feels like he has a purpose in life. Thank you very much for everything you have done and continue to do.

Usually busy and have to call back several times to get someone. When they are out of products they never let you know when something is back in stock, you just have to keep calling back everyday and like I said earlier you must call several times to get someone. It is frustrating but since there isn’t much competition they don’t care to improve.

Never enough help in the respiratory department. Returning phone calls take way to long. When you finally get a call, ALWAYS helpful and spot on customer service . Otherwise great place to get medical equipment. 99% in stock.

Went for a fitting today and found the most happy staff I've ever crossed paths with. They were so kind about my stinking feet I was assured that HASMAT team would not be called although the store was evacuated My measure gals were fun and full of beans a perfect encounter except the sound of squeaky shoes in the background.
