I went here earlier today with my wife to add to our wardrobe and had a pair of boots that was incorrectly priced as childrens shoes when it rang at the register and the real price tag was inside the shoe, of which I did not know. I didn't mind paying the actual price, but I didn't appreciate my wife and I being treated like we switched the price tags ourselves. The cashier was nice, but the older brunette who seemed to be over her was giving us dirty looks and in a roundabout way implied that we did it. I'm a fan of Goodwill and will continue shopping here, but did not like this experience. It's not our fault you put the wrong tag there

The old man who is receiving the donations is a person without values. He got angry because we brought him three donation bags. I said good morning, he didn't answer. He received everything angrily and I even said thank you and he didn't answer. The truth is that one wants to help the company but the people in charge are not good people. I will never donate to Goodwill again.

Not only was the employee rude to a homeless man.. their return policy is ridiculous. I am not from the area so I wasn't aware that this particular area had different rules than every goodwill I've ever been to. There was no sign in the store saying no returns or exchanges. Nothing on the receipt said this either. I purchased a huge 18×26 picture and changed my mind. She insinuated that since they have dressing rooms that it's easy for people to steal items... that is their reasoning. How in the world could I have stole something this huge. I also purchased this item about an hour before posting this review. It was the same lady that handed me the receipt. Definitely will be avoiding this Goodwill. I even made a donation to this place without knowing how ridiculous they are. Also when I was leaving there was a homeless man that was just sitting by the store.. away from the entrance not bothering anyone and that lady came outside and yelled at him to leave. Didn't ask if he was ok or needed anything. This isn't an actual goodwill. Repulsive behavior by that employee.

Prices are insane. Charging full price for Walmart and target brand clothes. 7-10$ for school / state shirts. It’s wild. Trinkets are so outrageous you may as well get new stuff from target. I miss when goodwill shirts were 1-2$ and trinkets were under 5$.

Prices are as high as Walmart on some items, so know your prices before shopping here. This goodwill does not operate like most other goodwill stores. At this one, they do not have a percentage off every day. They only do a special discount a few times per month, for example, senior day on third Tuesday of the month. Very disappointing ? there is no excuse for prices being this high as all items have been donated. I wonder how much goodwill ceo makes.?

Oh where do I even begin. Tina and her staff are excellent. So accommodating. They Go above and beyond to help us with our large order. We shop monthly and highly recommend this store. Items are clean and in excellent condition. Thank you so much ?.

Walked in and was greeted by a lady that then proceeded to stare at us the whole time we were there. I ask if something was wrong and she said I’m just watching you guys. It made for a very uncomfortable visit.

One of the last remaining good, Gooodwill stores. Always a decent selection and the prices are usually very fair. I do most of my clothes shopping here, and they often have really good sales. Sale days you can get an entire wardrobe for very little money. They also have a great book selection that changes regularly.
