Scott lied for whatever reasons he had about Company Policy. Seems he's the sheriff of Joplin not an Harbor Freight employee . Scott you should stick to your day job for however long it lasts, same on you for lying to loyal customers with Harbor Freight Credit Lines. Home Depot had no problem preparing our list of item's also allowing us to purchase online.

The only HF in town. They have what I need and are always having a sale. Make sure to sign up for their annual membership to save money. Keep an eye out for their parking lot sale for huge savings. This is the way.

Always have something you need. I get their moving blanket pretty often and put them throughout the house so the pups don’t have to lay on the hardwood floors.

I've been so happy with my local harbor freight the customer service is excellent and the notifications on my phone message has saved me money time after time, me and a friend are starting a automotive you tube channel and you can bet 80% of the tools to be harbor freight, thank you so much

I turn wrenches for a living. And I have for 30 years... My rule of thumb is this... If it's something you're to use professionally every day. Spend the money to buy quality, brand name tools. It's just the smart thing to do. HOWEVER, if you're buying something you may use once or twice a month or less. Then this is the place to go. It's another smart thing to do... It's safe to say I own many hundreds of dollars of harbor freight tools. And have for years... If you use their tool for whatever. And it saves you time, labor or aggravation ?? Then it's paid for itself...

Blake was AWESOME!!! His customer service was impeccable and second to NONE! He was not only a gentleman, but a scholar. That man needs a raise! He was able to assist me with any and every question and concern I had. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to the Rangeline Rd store!!
