Kathleen was the staff member who waited on me. I got a really cool history lesson along with some cool Harley stuff. Everyone in the dealer was super friendly and helpful. I recommend this dealer to all of my biker buddies.

I just moved to southern Missouri and Hideout Harley-Davidson is the closest Missouri dealer to me. At first we had a couple of misunderstandings, but we got it sorted out and they have done a good job for me. But today they went above and beyond and I am grateful. Something got jammed inside my ignition switch and I could not get the bar unlovked or the switch to move at all. Trey came out ready to take it in if needed but he was able to fix it on the spot. Thank you do very much.

I must say, I wonted to add this. The Hideout is full of hard working men and lady's.Parts men have did there best to help me, when I had question about what I needed.The clothing Lady's helped out and let us order different clothes, when we asked about different colors.Jerry and Slim as they call him now Mr. Donut. Are hard working sell men. Ask for them and I'm sure you will be happy with there help.

Not only is finance unprofessional and have a fake officer call which btw is 100% illegal to impersonate an officer. My bike that has only been driven from Joplin to my House with only 146 miles on the bike and my engine light is on. Can’t tell me that was me cause I had wrist surgery before I bought the bike. Now that I’m “supposedly” banned even though you as a building company have warranties you have to abide by I now have a bike that can’t be driven due to the engine light and can’t be fixed because myself and my whole family can’t come back. I will be finishing and looking up the laws on this because I do have guaranteed warranties by your building with signatures that can’t be done anywhere else. Sell me a bike I can’t even drive. Nice one. Falsifying an officer and more. Can’t ban my whole family when you don’t know them. Highly unprofessional now to watch the non real owner not comment and another “fake” officer call and yell at someone without letting them speak and hang up. Shows you are all fake. Good thing Springfield Renegade Harley has taken care of me every step of the way and even agrees what y’all done is highly unprofessional. They will continue getting my business.

Broke down 70 miles away and was retrieved by hideout hd from joplin. Was welcomed and treated like family..eh distant family. But still family. Bryan, Eric and the rest of the hideout crew tolerated me hanging out most of the week waiting on parts. Big thanks and much appreciated.

Where do I even begin. I get a call to make an appointment to come in and work with a guy named Eric. we even talked about transferring a bike over cause I wanted a specific color and he said it could be done just to come in at my appointment time and they would have it.... well that's the first to many lies from this dealership not only did I show up at my appointment time with Eric for my appointment was not there and I was waiting for about 35-45 min for him to be finished with what he was doing. Then to find out while waiting all this time the bike I wanted and was told would be transferred over was never even called about or discussed with the other dealership, that's fine cause while waiting Jerry sat me on a few bikes and talked about each one in great detail till I came to the conclusion I wanted a whole different bike in the end. mind you I'm doing this while just having hand surgery on both hands a week before getting the bike and appointment. After picking my bike, not only are the interest rates outrageous but the paperwork and finance end is also a messed up can't get there stuff together. waiting for finance to finish there end after Jerry took all the time filling out the paperwork, Eric who finally finished what he was doing to be bothered to check in with his appointment came up to me and instead of saying hello or sorry for not making the appointment he looks at my boots drops to the floor while I'm sitting in the chair and starts messing with them mind you his eyes weren't looking much at them. That was the first of an uncomfortable experience but I brushed it off and wanted to finish my paperwork with Jerry only to find out they gave the sale to Eric! Who had absolutely no part in doing anything with my sale. Moving on to finance office I was in no hurry to go anywhere except make sure when I finished with finance everything was done correctly only to find out when my paperwork got mailed and going through my folder everything that could go wrong did. not only do I own my own business of 5 years I don't lose anything receipts nothing! not even warranties for my customers but when going through to pick out any protection plans we blew right threw and I didn't get a detail of explanation of that part of the paperwork. I was never told I could change what protection plans I wanted or had or was even told what part of the paperwork to add the GAP portion on. my husband and my step son were there as well and we were rushed to finish cause it was the end of closing. When calling to see if we could fix this issue or come up with a solution it was mostly bickering about how the paper should be with me and I lost it? Well I can't lose something in a folder that I put in a safe and I can't lose things I just got in the mail in fact it was printed but it got left on the printer instead of in my folder with me and her copy with her. Things happen! But we can't accept that we blame the customer moving on we found an option with finance and they offered to "buy back the bike with the exception I am still approved I don't have to make a down payment and to add GAP to the bike and re sign the paperwork" when I got the call from Leona about it she stated "that I would need to go in for another pre approval and possibly pay a down payment for the same bike I already own again?" This made no sense and to that I kept questing and I told her I'm not paying money down that extra money when I'm already approved. Well after a heated argument because nothing made sense I called corporate/finance department they said I was approved I didn't have to pay any money and that I just need to do a resign on the contract after Leona did her end. I guess before I could call finance first she called and told them "I didn't want to sign paperwork" this was completely false and untrue especially after screaming in the phone telling me her manager didn't wanna do this deal and she hung up? Fast friendly service. I bought a phone holder on the ride up from SC. The young man installed if for me without even asking. Then when buying a shirt the lady took it to the counter while I continued shopping. Great customer service.

As embarrassing as it may be for me to write this review, it must be done. My nephew and I were riding from out of town on my very first 3-day bike road trip a few weeks ago. Long story short, as I was following my nephew, my bike ran out of gas and I was stranded along side the highway. I had no idea where I was or how far until the next gas station (due to phone battery issues) but I was able to send out a location tag and a text to my nephew. He stopped in at the Harley Davidson store in Joplin and asked if anyone could give him some assistance as both our bikes were packed to the hilt with our belongings for the trip. Not only did they say yes, they grabbed one of their gas 3 gallon gas cans, filled it to the top, and told my nephew to jump in. They showed up, bailed us out of our situation and were the friendliest people about doing it, all around closing time on top of all that! I cannot say thank you enough to the staff and owner of The Hideout. They are second to no one at running a business! Many thanks again!!

My dad and I both bought new bikes on the same day, I got a 2023 softail standard and my dad got a 2023 street glide, they were excellent as a team for us, they worked very well to get us the deal we needed. Slim and Warren were great guys, they had exactly what we both wanted, and they went above and beyond to make sure we rode out happy. Over all I give them a perfect score!

Won't work on any bike 10 years old. Like change a tire or change the oil. Not good customer service

Anytime we're in Joplin we always stop here. We love the shirts and the sales staff are always super friendly. Also the fact that they have front door parking for veterans is awesome!
