What a great experience we had with getting our new pool in! Don and the whole crews and office staff were amazing. Can’t say enough good things about our installation. We visited the Joplin facility and they are the most hospitable and accommodating folks you'll ever meet. They provided the service we needed to feel comfortable. Their design was beautiful and the price competitive. What more could you ask for.

He helped us with every step of the process from deciding on the right pool and options for us, to delivery/set up and we just scheduled our first pool closing for the fall. ABSOLUTELY IT'S HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! My elderly disabled parents purchased a pool from this company and paid them to winterize the pool, they did not do it properly. The whole HEATING system, busted in the winter. They lost heating unit for the pool, which was thousands of dollars, extremely expensive. Pipes busted. BROKEN. Well, you would think that this company would come in and fix it and take responsibility, absolutely NOT... They did nothing and said it's not our fault. Well, you were paid to winterize a pool professionally. If you did not do it properly and it broke, then that's your fault. Scam artists, they also make you try to sign some.You can't write bad reviews about us if you buy a pool from us, SHADY SHADY. Over 15k in damage and the do NOTHING.
