“For context, our family has stayed in 10 hotels in various states in the last year. This was by far our worst experience largely because of the other guests. People were banging doors from 10:30 pm onward. Teenagers were running up and down the hallways. Even adults were walking by rooms talking very loudly at 11 pm.

Tip to future guests, don’t bring all your bags in when you go to check in because you might be directed to a door at the back of the building that is closer to your room.

There was plenty of parking. The room was adequately clean but the floors were dirty and there was hair on the bed that was not ours.

Pros: excellent selection for breakfast: potatoes, biscuits, scrambled eggs and loaded scrambled eggs; tortillas, guacamole, sausage, waffles, bagels, etc. The breakfast area was large and clean.”

“When we travel, we usually choose Marriott.Fairfield is usually reliable This property was exceptional. Clean, friendly staff and they aim to please. We highly recommend it, especially if you require handicap accessible accommodations”

“Staff was outstanding.
Only minor issue was the shower head was broken and fixed in place. Leaked badly around shower door. Since I'm an older adult I would have liked grab bar in the shower.”

“I just barely got here yesterday and I'm sure I'm going to have a pleasant stay the main thing to me is the customer service and so far it's been great I've only got a few of the staff names Dylan Levi and Tammy, these are the staff members of met so far they're very polite very considerate and very attentive to your needs and concerns for a pleasant stay maintenance was quick to attend to my requests and I'm sure by the time I leave here I'll be giving another great review the place is very clean very quiet. “What an awesome little motor lodge. They send you a code to check in so check in was a breeze. It is a nice little cottage complete with a bed kitchen area and a nice bathroom. The room was super clean and the people here are very accommodating. Recommend this to any traveler.”

“This location has adequate parking and is located near the highway, fuel and food. The room was very clean and stocked. The room was surprisingly modern and up to date. Clean and comfortable bedding and a neat sink and mirror combo. There was also lots of available storage in the room for luggage. My only interaction with staff was at check-in but they were friendly and it only took minutes to get key cards for my room. Prompt, polite service is always appreciated when you just need to get off the road and out of your car. They have a breakfast and it looked like they were quite busy in there (a sign it might be worth trying). I opted for a very nearby restaurant as I had a craving. Overall, fair price. You get what you pay for. The location is great if you're going cross country like I was. I would absolutely stay again if I were passing through.”

“Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and kind and helpful! The hotel was very comfortable, the room was clean and fresh, and I thought the layout of the building was one of the most interesting I'd ever seen!
Breakfast was okay, not a lot of options and nothing hot, but they did have yogurt and peanut butter for the toast, so that was really nice!
The worst thing about the hotel is the funky way to get there. Hubby and I might have had a minor argument when trying to find it the first night, but once we knew, it was easy enough!
Overall, a very nice stay! We would stay there again if we get to Joplin in the future!”
