Joplin location. Very rude staff. They acted as if we inconvenienced them and there was maybe 6 customers in the entire store. All I was doing was picking up an order that I placed online and had an email saying it was ready to pick up. Will not be going back. I’ll do my shopping anywhere but Joan’s in Joplin MO

I love the selection of fabric and sewing supplies at Joann's. Everything is clean and easy to find in the store. I bought some flowers and greenery for the tops of my kitchen cabinets. I absolutely love it.

Beware if you go pickup order and they cannot fill your complete order they will hold the original charge for complete order then 2 days later charge you for filled order portion all the while holding the original order amount for 2-5 business day saying that they "released" but it will be a pending charge in your bank account. Instead of just returning the difference for items not filled. Called and they all but said not their problem that is how it is done.....with holding your own money while saying that it just how it is done.

Joannes has the best selection of arts and crafts and the most wonderful employees! One employee in particular has always been hard-working, friendly, and very helpful. This employee is Samus. They are the best employee and definately deserves the best worker of the year award for sure.

To be clear, most of the staff here is very nice. However, the manager, Lori, not so much. Absolutely the rudest woman! Not only did she act like we were inconveniencing her, she pretty much told us she didn't want to help us. She spoke extremely hatefully. I could understand more if they had been busy, and she was harassed, but there were literally 5 people scattered through the store and she was asked a very simple question. I got the impression she felt it was beneath her to have to wait on a customer. She seemed very intent to get back to the back room.

Very unsatisfied with my visit tonight the young lady at the counter was very rude and so was the manager. I will never shop there again, and it used to be my favorite place to buy craft supplies

They didn't have half of the specialty crafting tools and items I was after, and I've had to make 2 separate returns from the same trip. However, they do have an eye-opening array of things to stimulate ideas for crafting projects. Very nice staff gave me deep discounts even before the holiday season began.
