This place and Malayla Kenney are truly amazing. When in the Missouri Area wouldn't go any where else for my RV needs. In fact I would drive out of my way to Joplin RV and Marine.

I won't put names on here because I won't accuse a single person. I recently purchased a camper with cash. My mistake. After the deal is done, and I have handed over the sealed envelopes with the cash that I withdrew from the bank with a receipt earlier that day and we have left planning to come back later to pick it up, I get a phone call. They tell me that the money is $100 short. I know we didn't take it out and I verified that the bank wasn't long. I know something shadey happened and this is why people hate salesmen. I still got a good deal but I will never go there again and will tell everyone I can not to go there for their camper needs.

The dealer doesn’t take care of their RV’s or their customers at all. I purchased a Winnebago Minnie from here.I knew the RV had sat a while but I was told that the unit would be thoroughly checked over and made sure everything was in working order before my delivery. The unit was never checked over—it wasn’t even cleaned. They took my money and ran, basically. The list of issues I had upon arrival was (is) a mile long, so clearly I reached out to the manager. His response was kirt stating that since it’s under warranty, to just get it fixed myself. No offer to right their wrong or anything close to that nature. I now have to wait months until my local dealer will fix my RV. I was looking forward to using it and I can’t. What a terrible experience and I hope no one ever has this happen to them. Make sure you go over your RV thoroughly before you give them your money.List of issues:First the unit was muddy all over the floor when it arrived.The Gray tank valve is stuck openThe slide binds while bring it in and out.The back water port doesn’t workThe water heater drain plug wasn’t installed and is missing.All the lines still had pink in them from the manufacturer.The electric water heater doesn’t work.The TV won’t play over the speakers.Front electric stabilizers don’t work.The whole underside of the unit is rusty.

Received a recall notice from forest river about the suspension system on our 2024 no boundaries 19.6tvl. trailer.I contacted Joplin rv's service dept. and talked to Jerry. He knew about the problem & arranged for me to get in right away. Upon our arrival his technician was still busy, so Jerry grabbed the appropriate tools crawled under the trl. & preformed the repair, which shouts customer satisfaction, & after talking to him for a bit he's also a pretty nice guy. Thanks Jerry & Joplin RV

I’m from Hutchison, Kansas and Jerry in service help me find a decal for my 2020 forest river cardinal luxury 3456 and the dealerships in Kansas would not help me said they quit making them. Jerry went the extra mile and found me a decal for the front of my fifth wheel And is very much appreciated by my wife and I thank you Jerry.

Friendly helpful front office/sales team. Helpful parts and service team.***** It has been nearly 10 weeks since I purchased my new Alliance Paradigm 310RL 5th wheel (Dec 29th 2023) and still don't have a Title. Today is March 6 2024. Without the Title I cannot get a license plate. And because I live in Michigan, 900 miles away, I must rely on making phone calls (15 since Feb 5th) to get someone there to hopefully answer and get this problem resolved!!!Minutes before this edit I emailed the General Mgr - Kim Siex(not sure if she is still part of Joplin RV anymore) and the ownerViktoriya Goldrich who I found on Linkedin, I also contacted Curtis Carlson @ Alliance RV to let them know of my issue to see if they could help.

I can't say enough good things about the people at Joplin RV. Kass was our salesperson, and Seth was the money guy, and they were both awesome guys!!! But every person that worked there was so nice and helpful always asking if we had been helped! Great job to everyone there. I will always recommend this business to anyone needing a new camper! Thanks again guys for making this the best experience and of course for my new camper! I'm loving it ?

Can't look at campers with out a salesmanship getting I formation first. They become pushy. Didn't listen to what we wanted. And when we did want to put offer in they didn't want to accept it.

Beware These people were very helpful and did everything they could to get me the trailer I wanted. They ran my credit 4 times while I was there and we talked about trades. I have a motorcycle that was my husband's. He died last year. We haggled and settled on the motorcycle and $1000 trade. I paid the thousand, but we were supposed to be scheduled for a demonstration to show us how everything on the trailer worked and I told them I would bring the motorcycle with me at that time. Then the refused to take my calls for a week. By the next week I'd had it. I refuse to leave my name and number. I sat on hold for 1 hr and 45 minutes before I was hung up on at approximately 5:59pm when I called right back of course nobody answered. So the next morning I called ready for war. But a new person came on the phone and told me that the people I had been working with were no longer employed there and he was going to have to refund my money. No explanation. But they did run my credit another 5 times. Hard hits that dropped my credit score 80 points.
