Ladies and gentleman, the standup owner of K & K Auto who leaves his own 5 star review while trash talking.Let me break it down for you. * Other review is garbage. that guy didn't buy that car from k and k and he never paid fully for the car. YOU installed a bad transmission. YOU took possession of my vehicle after the transmission went to hell. YOU held on to my car for over 5 and half months not doing anything with it. I'm fairly confident all of that says that I was very clearly a customer of K&K Auto. If I hadn't paid for the car, why was the title in my possession with my name on it with zero sign of any lien being attached to it. Once again, I'm fairly confident all of that says that I outright owned the car and paid what was due on it to own it. * k and k did work on it, installed a used tranny and soon after found the pcm was bad causing trans issues again. could not immediately get a computer so he got a refund of his down payment from the guy that sold it to him. Here again, the reason the poor work you did was even discovered was because the car was in my possession after being told everything checked out and was fine. I took it to a much better mechanic and had him run the codes it started throwing just a few days after your shop had "fixed" whatever the hell it was you claimed to fix. As for the computer, I'm still floored as to why it took you as long as it did to get one in. Why is it that I could easily find one and have it here in just a few days? Imagine that.Down payment? I paid cash up front and was given the title. * he also had a loaner car during this time from the gentleman that sold him the car. That loaner car had nothing to do with you. That was a loaner from my brother because he very clearly knew I couldn't go without a vehicle for as long as you had decided to keep mine from me. * he can say what he wants but he was not a customer of k and k.YOU worked on my vehicle, did you not? That means I was a customer. Good try though.All your potential customers need to do is check out your business practices on Missouri Casenet. Let them decide for themselves.

Awesome people all around. They’re very professional and reliable. If I need something I usually call them prior to calling other places. If they can’t fix it they’ll suggest other places that can. I have never once had a problem with my car or any of the office people.As for the title... Anyone saying Keith doesn’t give you the title is wrong. If he has it he’ll give it to you to take to DMV and get it into your name. I know because I got mine the same day I signed papers.

My wife and I paid $2500 up front plus $99 for a warranty for a vehicle here. We got a photocopy of the title and Keith said he had to pay off the vehicle and the title would be in our hands no later than the following Wednesday. This was 2 weeks ago today. Every time I've called I've got another kind of excuse. He even tried to tell me to not worry because Missouri changed the law and I had 90 days to transfer the title. That is not true as I verified it throughnthe State DMV. The State DMV also said that the dealer should have by law already transferred the title to his dealership on a Missouri title since he is not a franchise dealer. Keith told me if I wanted to reverse the deal it could take up to 10 days while waiting on a check to clear. I wouldn't take a check due to what we have been through. We would have to have the $2599 we paid for vehicle and warranty and $$35 for improvements to the vehicle minus $20 that we were given for inspection in cash. Excuses included mail time, no title people in office, etc. We've bought 2 items off ebay in the past few days and they were shipped regular mail and we already have them. When I know for a fact where the title is and get lied to on a daily basis that is not good. I won't recommend this place. Apparently I am going to have to seek legal action through the State to resolve this.
