Checked out the reviews ahead of time and decided on Storage Lion. I made the best choice. Leonard gave me the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Helped me through several issues I had with my browser while trying to book a unit online. Came out and helped me open the gate and had the best puppy dog in the world as an assistant who gave us unlimited pets while we set up my rental. 10 out of 10!

Had to have a lock cut off and there was no charge. He also gave me a lock to replace mine! Super helpful and very polite. Highly recommend!!

This is the first time I’ve ever written a Google review, but my experience with this Storage Lion has been so positive that I feel compelled to do so. I have rarely experienced this level of consideration and customer service. Having never dealt with a storage facility before, I was unsure of the process, and very pressed for time. Leonard was incredibly patient, walking me through their particular protocols, and then made a point to check on me afterwards to make sure all had gone smoothly.
Load in was easy and quick, the unit was clean, and they even provide locks for first-time customers. Hands down I recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

When I was having a hard time choosing a storage company keystone called me. Rates were perfect and they had a great deal going on. Their employee Kitz was extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable about the business. It was so nice to have someone do their customer service job perfectly. She is a huge part of the reason I went with Keystone! Definitely recommend Keystone Self Storage!
