I came in today to take a shower after parking my truck properly in the parking lot. The front-desk clerk asked where I parked, and when I said “in the lot,” she still assumed I was blocking the fuel island. That was disrespectful. Not every driver does that I parked the right way and just wanted a shower. Truck drivers deserve respect, especially when we follow the rules.

Showers are tiny and disgusting , the lady literally went in and used the previous persons towel to dry floor kinda and that was it !!!! Very rude and unsanitary place go anywhere but this nasty place

No good customers service at night time. I came here and booked the shower my truck was parked at a safe place along with other trucks at the closed pumps because I didn’t find a parking spot as it was full. They called my company name in the speakers and told me your truck is getting towed but they didn’t say even a single word to the other trucks who were parked there before me and were still there when I left. That’s a total discrimination because out of all those my truck was the only one that was from canada rest 2 trucks were from usa. I get that it was not the right spot to park but why only my company got the warning of towing why the other 2 trucks didn’t had their name’s called in the speakers. My truck was not causing any problem neither their truck were causing any problem as it was 1am at night. I had to leave the shower in between because I am a company driver and the company would deduct the money from my paycheque. They didn’t even give me 10 minutes to have the shower. Rest everything is fine but why only my truck was supposed to be towed why not the other two trucks those were there along with my truck. That means you just wanna trouble the Canadian’s not the Usa drivers. How silly that sounds. Anyway’s thanks for that discrimination. 🙏🙏

If was our first time overnighting at Love's. Staff were friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Window washing stations were clean and full.

It’s clean but the old man at night wants to scold me for grabbing my receipt when no one is behind the counter. Never had an issue and any loves before.

Poor staff, they refused to get me a shower, said short staff also said have no idea how long you might have to wait at 2 am when there was no one in the shower or any waiting. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Our company drivers dropped their fuel card here. Driver reached out over phone and someone from gas station said they have fuel card but they didn’t provide them card and made excuse we don’t know where manager keep it first visit and we don’t have locker code in second visit wait until manager arrives but you know this location has very few parking spots so they had to move. Never forget your pump run due to drivers but you aren’t doing fair with them. So we will not stop here because you said different on phone and did opposite when visit.

We lost here our fuel card . We contacted them two times and each time they said they have card and it’s in the locker. But when we stopped here to pickup they refused to give card by saying we didn’t have card and second time we don’t have locker code you have to wait until morning for manager there is no parking. That’s garbage service. We will never stop here for fuel and ask our friends to do so.

Unfortunately we lost our fuel card at this station contacted them they said they have it in manager safe. Came twice to get it back couldn’t get because there is no manager at night shift. Wasted my time 2 times.
And they didn’t tell me that what time i can pick it up.
