Oil filter was not put on tight enough. Lost gallons of oil before another speedco fixed the problem

Guess singing sweet music in each others ear is more important than changing oil, they opened a 6 I called them let them now I was out side bay 2 , dude said I be right there but obviously I intruded on there alone time by there attitude , 30 mins goes by no one showed up. Bays are empty,

I was helping your neighbor it was late at night and we went there the guys tried to fix the tire for her but to no avail they weren't able to do anything for her ! They all did the very best and I appreciate everything they did for her
