Not related directly to Lowe’s, but to the services they use for delivery. Never got a call like I was suppose to get. Had to call Lowe’s directly to get a time frame for delivery. Now 30 minutes after that time frame, I get a call saying it will be 2 hours later. A whole day wasted waiting around on their delivery people!

It's great to be able to buy light bulbs that are lit so you can see how they look. They have a good supply of house plants, too.

BE AWARE . Lowes don't run back ground checks on deliVery teams. They have a 2 time convicted felon for theft delivering. Going into people's homes. Seems real shady wouldn't trust it. Case net is free. Lowes and their 3pl delivery don't care about the general safety of their customers

I chose not to go to the self checkout as there were very long lines. I went to a cash register with a cashier. She was checking the person out in front of me. She then looked at me and said. You need to go to another line. When I asked her why she told me she was getting ready to go on break. And the person she was dealing with was going to be the last one. She was going to take care of. When I when I told her I wasn't going to go. Stand in line at a self, check out. She informed me she was not going to check me out. I chose to leave my merchandise behind. And I will never step foot in the Joplin Lowe's again. By the way, I went to Home Depot And they were more than happy to take my business.

This is a review of the delivery service from Joplin, MO. There was no good faith effort to deliver, just a note quietly taped to my front door while I was 20 feet from the door. I didn't see them since my back was to the door but no one in my house heard them knock. The refund for the product was issued but was short the amount of the supposed delivery attempt and the charge to haul off the old refrigerator which definitely didn't happen either. Last Friday they were supposed to deliver a refirigerator I purchased in Springfield, MO. The associate in Springfield told me to expect a call on Thursday with a window of time for the delivery on Friday. That didn't happen. I called the delivery number on Friday morning and was informed the truck was making it's 2nd delivery of the day and that I was 9th so it would be a couple of hours before my delivery. I had been home all morning and I continued to stay home after receiving that message. About 4 hours later I received a message from DSI Logistics saying my Lowe's delivery was "currently delayed" and telling me the arrival would be between 2:00 and 6:00. I realized the weather hadn't been good so that may have slowed them, so I settled down in my livingroom to work at my computer which is about 20 feet from the front door in the same room. My dog also was settled by me and my husband was 2 rooms away in his office. I was not playing any music and the TV wasn't on. About 4:30 I received a call from the person who was going to install the refrigerator (not associated with Lowe's). I told them Lowe's hadn't arrived and I opened my door to see if they were in sight. There, taped to my front door, was a white slip of paper from Lowe's saying they were sorry they missed me. Hah! Since I was sitting in a quiet room right near the door to which they taped that message it's clear they didn't try. If they had tried my dog would have gone to check it out and I would have heard it. I know it was Friday afternoon and they had an hour drive back to Joplin and probably had a miserable day but they could have just called to let me know they needed to get back and, even though I'd been home all day waiting and preparing for them by putting my food in coolers on my deck where it was about freezing, I would have neen sympathetic. There was no good faith effort to deliver the refrigerator. When I called the delivery service number all I could get from the representatives was they could reschedule the delivery. I worked hard that day to be ready and I would have settled to reschedule the next day if it hadn't been for the lack of contact and pretending they tried to deliver the refrigerator. This is dishonest.

I recently paid Lowe's delivery my washer and dryer I paid for. Here are a list of ways I think I could have gotten them faster:-Taking it apart piece by piece with a flathead screwdriver and putting it in my car and then reassembling it.-Kicking it down the hill from Lowes to my house.- Collecting pennies I find on the ground and saving up until I could buy a semi. And then using the semi to haul them myself.If you wanted to use Lowe's to deliver your appliances I would urge you to ask yourself "Do I want to receive this product I paid for?" If the answer is yes, then I would not use Lowe's.So far they have not shown up for delivery, will not give me delivery date or time, and when they did deliver they accidentally sent me two washers.

So I went to my Lowe's in Springdale and bought a refrigerator for a duplex of mine. After paying for it and scheduling a delivery for it the guy says it's coming from this Lowe's location. It was supposed to be delivered Sunday of course my place was the last stop. Well I get a email saying they were unable to deliver my fridge so they pushed me back until Tuesday. So when I called back to see why I've been pushed back another 2 days all I got was they didn't know why it wasn't delivered on the date I asked for. I don't understand the logistics on bringing my appliance from 45 miles away when I had bought it from my local store. Just doesn't make since. So the next time I need any appliances I'll make sure that it's not coming from this store.

We were in Flooring. This is second time no one was in that area to help. The carpet I saw online were not available in the store. I needed 3 different sizes of the pattern. The vinyl floor transition strips colors did not match my flooring. They had a light wood, a dark wood, and a reddish color. I need a brownish. Going back today maybe someone can help us find the correct color. If not, will go to Home Depot & check.
