“Nice store, very clean and well maintained. My husband doesn't mind spending a little extra for nice cut meat. We normally have no complaints, but our last purchase of top sirloin- Angus was tough. Tough enough, we had trouble cutting it. Luckily, we had another package of Ribeye- Angus that was tender and favorable.
We generally buy packages and freeze the meat, but it's never in the freezer for long.”
