“Was great at getting the wheelchair ordered. When it came time for delivery, I advised the scheduling agent of the schedule conflict for the time they wanted to schedule. They assured me that it wouldn’t conflict. The guy was an hour late arriving and then sat in his van on his tablet for 10 minutes.
After this first fiasco Freeman Health Essentials has been very good with their support. There has not been an issue since this was first posted.”
