My son broke his glove during a college baseball game. His next game was in 4 days. We took it to another company in town and they stated it would be hard to get it done by Saturday. We called Ozark Athletics and spoke to Steve. He stated a kid needs his glove and stayed late and fixed it that night. It hard to find customer service like that anymore!
