My phlebotomist was fantastic, I didnt feel anything. I believe her name is Kirsten. She is fabulous! Clean facility and excellent communication. Booking an appointment was easy and seamless as well as a text link to check in. You just couldn't ask for more!

Quest has always been the most comfortable place for me to set up an appointment to complete a pre-employment drug screen. Never have any grief from any of the workers. Always in and out and no questionable methods of how or what to expect from a pre-employment screening. Thanks!

As soon as I arrived on-site at Quest I clicked on the link stating that I have arrived. I walked in the front door and the tech was waiting on me upon entering the facility. Very pleased.

I could spell out several reasons why this has been a bad experience, the main complaint is that the staff has poor attitudes & are not very welcoming or helpful, particularly to a person that is brand new to their process. I was just made to feel like a nuisance instead of a patient. I will definitely ask my doctor to pursue clinical needs elsewhere in the future.
