From the beginning, Jonathan has taken the marketing of our home seriously. He has worked hard to create exposure for the property, attract prospective buyers, and continually look for ways to improve the marketing of our single-family home in the Joplin real estate market.

One thing I especially appreciate is his communication. Jonathan calls us every Friday to personally review the week's activity, buyer interest, marketing results, and what he is doing next. We are never left wondering what is happening with our listing. That kind of consistent communication means a great deal when you are selling a home.

What has impressed me most is that Jonathan doesn't seem content to simply put a home on the market and wait. He continues working, communicating, marketing, and looking for additional opportunities to get our property in front of potential home buyers.
