I walked out too!I had stopped in to purchase another package of my color. I saw 1 girl working and she was behind the counter helping another customer. I don't usually shop at this location so I was searching for my brand and when I found it, it didn't look like they carried my color. The sales girl had finished with her customer but still without saying a word to me returned to putting items on the shelf. I obviously needed help but she wasn't interested in helping me. I was so disgusted I walked out ?. I can get my color from Tulsa or I can order online.

I have never walked out of a Sally's in the last four decades of shopping at this store until today. Today at around 10:30 I tried to pick up my color. The girl at the counter was more interested in her cell than being of any help. She let me know they were out of the color and that was it. No suggestions for a replacement, just back to her cell behind the counter. She could care less about her job. In this age of mediocrity she is doing her part and by default Sally's. Good luck with that.

Came here because I saw a sign in their window that said buy 2 get 1 free, which included the EVA-NYC line. Came to stock up while they were on sale. When I got rung up and started to leave, I noticed the receipt didn’t have the 3rd item free. I pointed it out to the sales associate, and she told me (even though the sign was in the window) that they wouldn’t honor it because that sale has passed. The sign says “All Month Long” on it, it’s February 20th. What’s the deal, Sally’s? Their website shows the buy 2 get 1 free sale going on with the EVA-NYC line. Not good business practice to be promoting a sale that either expired three weeks ago, or that your cashier chose not to honor.

I love Sally's. I've been shopping with the company for well over a decade. This location I am not a fan of. They have a few young girls there that act like they hate their job and they absolutely will not inform you of any rewards that you have on your account. You have to ask them to look it up for you and then they sound annoyed when you ask because they have to do something "extra." I had $30 sitting on my account in rewards and I've been shopping at this location for almost a year and not one of them told me!

Very polite and professional staff. Went above and beyond to help me with a membership issue. They helped me look for specific nail colors and also saved me some money by showing me "buy one, get one free" polishes. Good experience.

I mistakenly bought an electric curling brush that did not curl my hair correctly. It only gave waves, not curls. Needless to say, I was disappointed. When I went to return it, I was rudely told that there was not a sufficient amount of cash yet, so I would need to get a gift card or it be out on a debit card, neither was am option since I live in another state. I left and returned several hours later and the sweetest young lady kindly returned my money with a cheerful attitude. She deserves recognition for a job well done!

I have asked for 4 weeks for them to order some extrention tape and they still dont have it in. I will never go back to this store from now on i will order my beauty supplies online. I strongly discourage anyone from using this beauty supplier unless you want to disappoint your clients!

No one was wearing a mask, the employees were wearing them wrong (only over their mouths). Its obvious they dont care about the safety of others.I couldn't even get what I came in for because there were 3 people in the isle I needed, and none of them were wearing a mask. I wouldn't have bought anything if my niece didn't want something while we were there.
