We went in to get hearing aids for someone with a limited income. The advertise a $300 aid. The hearing doctor said a hearing aid was needed for one year. The individual who helped us said both ears were needed and would only show the top of the line. $2000 each with added insurance and accessories. (Insurance, cleaning box, batteries ...:). Ouch. Kind of felt like a bait and switch

Really disappointed in the lunch counter since they took away the self serve kiosks. Why is it ok for us to check out our carts are selves with hundreds of dollars worth of products but not a drink or slice of pizza?The lines are always long now, there is never enough staff, they are trying but particularly in a hurry. It was so much faster with the kiosk and rarely a line. The gas station micromanagement with the cones has caused lines all the way to the street almost every day. Everyone was hoping you'd figure it out and put it back where we decided where we wanted to go. People are naturally more efficient and use common sense, your way is slow and wasteful. I recently was in a Sam's in another state and was shocked at the difference, nicer facilities, clean restrooms, no micromanagement of the gas lines and no congestion. The store was nearer, cleaner, more like a Cisco with better presentation. I didn't realize it's just ours that's unkept, messy and unattractive.

This Sams store is so nice. When we are in Joplin we will stop to see if they carry something we don't have at our stores. I've noticed that there beer section is always cheaper so I will usally stock up on my Heinekens from here. They always have a great meat selection as well. The store is always packed so we tend to try to come on a weekday.

Went on Sunday and needed help getting heavy box in my vehicle,a young man named Lonnie is the sweetest guy and so very helpful. Lonnie had a conversation with me on the way to my car about the heat and his future plans.Young guy actually talking to a “older lady” lol. Before I was out of the lot there was an older lady struggling to get her things in her car.Lonnie didn’t see me leaving but I watched him spring into action and came to her aid,loaded all her things in her car. Sam’s Club,thats a great young man and needs to be recognized for outstanding service. He goes above and beyond! His momma raised him right and should be so proud.

I would like to thank my Joplin store location for there outstanding customer service today . Your service tech in your auto service department saved the day. Coming back from a doctors appointment and stopped in to pick up a few things.When I came out our car wouldn't start. Had groceries and my dog babies with us. Your service tech came and jumped us and replaced our battery and got us on our way. Thank you for taking such good care of us today.

Employees are too pushy about upgrading memberships. The last five times I have come into the club I have been not listened to, talked aver and I would say harassed about upgrading. Each time I left feeling unheard and disrespected. I love your products but I don't at all love your employees. I don't plan to come back.

We've been shopping at Sam's in Joplin several years now and for the most part we have had a good experience. However today I was extremely pleased with the customer service manager Crystal. She exchanged a pressure washer I purchased a year ago May 2020! The best part is she didn't have too but she did. Now it's time to go back to work. THANK YOU CRYSTAL!!!!
