“JOMO moved my mother into an assisted living facility two weeks earlier. Unexpectedly she passed away. I called JOMO on Monday and Tuesday morning Theo and Acca were back to move her items back to my mom's house. As they did the first time they were professional, easy to work with and verry efficient. When we got back to the house they pretty much knew where things belonged.
They were respectful and gracious having just lost our mother.
I can easily highly recommend Theo and Acca along with JOMO.
Jim.”

“Great place! We have had our stuff here a year and everything was undamaged, no bugs and the owner is great. He came out and cut a lock for us after our key wouldn’t work and handed us a new one for free. He goes the extra mile.”
“The lady in there was very nice pleasant to work with I highly recommend that storage anyone out here in the Joplin Missouri area I give them more than a five-star I give him more like a hundred Stars.”
“The store manager has been wonderful helping my wife and I with our situation regarding our storage unit and helping us being able to keep all our stuff we own. We appreciate everything she had done to help us out.”
“The young lady that helped me today (12-26) at Storage Station (Melissa) was super friendly, very knowledgeable, great personality and very helpful when it came to my dumb questions - - I appreciated her taking the time to explain things as she went along.”
“This is the best self-storage place I have yet to use. I've been an off and on again renter for the better part of 4yrs and as long as I'm in the area, I will continue renting here. Need a secure place to keep pretty much anything. This is the place.”
“This is an excellent storage facility. The owner/operator is super nice and reasonable. We had storage there for over 2 years and everything was great. He gave us an extra day to pick up our stuff. Just super nice and reasonable. Definitely will use again if need be.”

“Have to give this a 5 star. Was in a tight spot. Needed something fast and the same day. Sarah, I believe was her name. Had one unit left but it needed cleaned. Went there to clean it and had it ready for us within the hour. Great service, communication and friendliness. Thank you for helping us out!!”
“Have purchased three vehicles here. Great pricing and service as well. They gave us a great deal on all our cars and we couldn't be happier. We made the right choice by buying from Glen Yarbrough Auto Sales.”

“I’ve been with them since 2020 and had no issues. Very friendly, clean units and best price and their location. Not worried about thefts with the security and again their “ location “”
“Super Easy to locate unit. Clean facility, well lit, the app tells you if there are other people in the building at the same time as you. They have carts to help you move your things in. Overall really nice place!”
“(Translated by Google) We had no idea that such a service existed, only from acquaintances from the family, we learned about Perfect Storage warehouses. There is already a word in the title that we would use in the evaluation = Perfect. Yes, and I'm not afraid to repeat it several times. Perfect. There is nothing to complain about, just praise - negotiations, approach and willingness to negotiate, organization and security of entry, location of warehouses with regard to parking, cleanliness in the cubicle, absolutely friendly communication, beautiful and nice girls at the reception, what to add ... sincere thanks to Markéta Cajthamlová for arranging services and also for the recommendation of the moving company ERZET, represented by Mr. Gotvald, who not only knows and knows what and how in the warehouses, but managed our whole moving in to more than one. We thank both companies very much for being able to solve our relatively difficult life situation with them. May you all prosper in the future. In respect of JP(Original)Vůbec jsme netušili, že taková služba existuje, až od známých z rodiny, jsme se dozvěděli o skladech Perfect Storage. Už v názvu je slovo, které bychom při hodnocení použili = Perfect. Ano a nebojím se to několikrát zopakovat. Perfect.

“Used for 4 months while remodeling our house. They were super easy to get in contact with, friendly, fairly priced and easy to work with--they even offered us an extra 2 days to get all of our stuff moved out and didn't charge us. Would rate 6/5 stars if I could :)”
“Everyone knows that if a business is good, it's great! Bad, and I'm going to say that too!
This is a great company. Mr. Comer is polite, personable and a great business man. Old school which I appreciate so much!
Prices are awesome, facility is clean and well maintained!
Give these people your storage business. They deserve it.
Thank you so much, Mr. and Mrs. Comer!
Blessings, Kristen D Salas”
“I love this place! The owner is so nice and personable! And the guy who helped me over the phone was so nice and went out of his way to help me, I was in need of a storage and last minute notice! They are great people! I highly recommend this place!!”

“We had a great experience! Or stuff was here for over a year while we traveled and the secure location gave us peace of mind. Customer service is also amazing. I got prompt responses anytime I had questions. Definitely recommend!”
“Easy to get in and out. Gps doesnt take you here directly. Unit sizes are slightly smaller than advertised due to angled roof and places on the walls sticking out into the space. Plan on losing about 6 inches on all walls.”
“Very helpful staff and clean facility. A convenient app was provided at no extra cost that enabled patrons to enter and leave the premises without getting out of their car.”
“Very nice facility but security is minimal, and the gate is not really a gate to speak of !So Do I recommend Park place as somewhere you will want to store your family's history and valuables No absolutely Not Don'tdo it"”
“Great experience renting unit was easily completed online . Security lights were appreciated on the few nights we had to visit unit after dark . Very clean facility .”

“Very professional encounter renting my second unit at the Joplin, Missouri location. This is a first class location and the service I have received is exemplary.”
