Super Easy to locate unit. Clean facility, well lit, the app tells you if there are other people in the building at the same time as you. They have carts to help you move your things in. Overall really nice place!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been trying to get out of my rented unit for 4 months now ($600 loss for me). I work over the road and have no way to take photos of my empty and clean unit. I would avoid this place at all cost. My unit didn’t have one of their locks when I first started renting, nor did it have the unit number. When I used my own lock, I was treated like I was stupid. I only used it for the first two weeks and decided it was not the place I wanted….
Update…. At over a year now…. And no surprise they are still charging me for a unit I am not using. I’ve called numerous times to get them to get me off the lease! They keep demanding that I come in-person. As stated above… I work over the road and have not been in that area. I would recommend any other place to store your belongings.

I was able to rent a storage unit last minute when I needed work done on my home. It was quick and easy! I never had to talk to anyone and I control everything from my phone!

I love storing my family's possessions with smartlock self storage. They are very secure, and if I have any questions or concerns, I can call on an attendant who can help me no matter what time or day I am calling. You can rent your storage unit online, and they have 24 hour access to your storage. You have a special app you use to access your unit at any time, and there are so many cameras at the storage units that the attendant you speak with can literally see you from 4 different angles at any given time. Every person I have had the privilege of talking to about my storage unit has been so friendly and very prompt on getting a resolution for me. They completely get an A++ on their customer service. (And they are American representatives, always) which I love because I hate having a language barrier......

24/7 access I had to get my unit at 2 o'clock in the morning did it all from my phone only thing I really didn't like was have to have phone service to get access to units and they don't have a wifi for customers to use I thought maybe it worked off of bluetooth but my data quite working when I was on the way to my unit and it was cold and snowing for me to get there and have to go find wifi to get it to work that I didn't like I don't know if they have any other way to get access I didn't see anything on there app and website that says they do but hopefully they fix that issue

I really enjoyed the move-in procedure. I didn't have to spend a bunch of time on the phone telling my life story about why I needed storage or waiting on somebody to get there to unlock the facility and give me a key. I really like the security I get with the no key locking mechanism they have. It's kind of like having a security guard 24/7 in my unit!!

Customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone, never return phone calls, emails or text. Constantly locked out of unit for some reason ir another. They brag about customer service but pretty much none exist. I'm locked out 70% of the time I go. I have to spend 20-30 minutes each time with the secondary lock company to try to get in. That's if they are open. After 9pm or before 7am, forget it.They start begging for payment 10 days before it's due. But lock you out after the 1st of the month and will take your stuff after 15 days per Missouri law. How do I know that, they straight up told me that. The locks are electronic so you have no control over when you can access your unit. If their app messes up or their system messes up, you can't get in. Which, is pretty common, more than 50% of the time. Rent somewhere where you can put your own padlock on the door so you have control of your stuff.

Fix the gate on North Mainstreet storage unit and also, clean up the place (blow out the grounds, crap is everywhere and it looks sub-par to say the least. Finally, periodically check your unit locks, to ensure they continue to work/function properly...

So many options to choose from here, Climate Controlled spaces for my stuff, and huge drive up spaces for my bigger toys! Love this facility and the customer service is always above and beyond!

24/7 access and the lights are always on, feels very safe! The customer service team was very helpful when we needed help.
