Best store hands down! My issue was resolved by the manager! Another rep was calling straight talk on behalf of another person in the store when they didn't have to and the third employee was handling a very irate customer with grace. GOOD HARD WORKERS! They all need raises for the hell they put up with!

My family and I are switching over to the tmobile service and were wanting to keep all our original phone numbers. Provided them with all the information they asked for. There are four of us going on the plan. Two of us didn't even have service after they "switched us over". The other two had new numbers. They assured as that after 30 mins everything would resolve itself. We left for 30 minutes and came back with the same issues. Altogether I was there from 1 pm to 4pm but had to leave for work.Update they weren't able to resolve our phone number transfer issue or service issue for the other two lines and actually sent my family home after I left telling them they'd call if they figured anything else out. On top of all of this, they took our Sim cards and threw them into a box that they couldn't open to retrieve them. With that being said, we have already canceled the plan, and this seems like an issue for the Better Business Bureau.

Avoid this store at all cost!! They will charge you for things you don't ask for and take advantage of customers anyway they can. Extremely poor business practice. Go to the rangeline store, they are Extremely professional and will treat you with alot better!!

No service in a lot of areas. Customer service is THE WORST! Told them to cancel my service July 2022. They continued service without my knowledge until the end of September. Never received a bill stating this. Now I find out & am trying to no avail to get it sorted out. Customer service said they'd send me an email within 24 hrs on 5/8/23. No email which means because my account was closed in 2022 I have to go back to the store for the third time to get them to call Customer Service so my identity is "verified". Sick & tired of the run around & terrible Customer Service!!! I am thinking about contacting my Attorney General!

I know finding help these days is hard, but DAMN! I went into the store at 20th street in Joplin, MO, wanting advice on upgrading and this guy was next level lazy and ignorant to the process. I would call the associate out by name, but his mushroom green hoodie lacked a name tag. I left frustrated and ordered the phone from MY phone in the parking lot.

I came to the north park Mall T mobile location to pick up my phone as my old one needed replaced.I feel that the employees should get trained more on phones and how they work etc.etc..I've been to this location 3x before and spoke with different employees about a phone issue and some would say "umm idk you will have to call T mobile" and some would say "ok let me take a look at it and see what I can help with" then come to find out they have no clue what they are doing.I'm not posting this to get anyone fired. I'm posting this in hopes that T mobile will train their employees better.

Hands down, best place to go. They made sure I had the best deal and they took the time to make sure I had coverage in my area before I bought a plan. Caleb and nick always do a good job answering any questions I have. Very welcoming and friendly store!
