They will do everything they can to get out of the warranty. I will never purchase anything from them again.

We thought we liked tamko until the customer service died there. I can’t get the rep to return my calls,text or anything.

I’ve contacted Tamko several times requesting specific information about the different shingles they’ve manufactured, past and present. Each time, Kerri Eden has provided outstanding customer service and always comes through with exactly what I need.
