Only self checkouts open on the weekend. The line was so long. It’s ridiculous a multibillion dollar company is too cheap to staff the store so customers have to check themselves out. Not one employee greeted or offered help, a dozen or so walked by me during my trip though. This is one of the reasons I don't shop at target regularly

Target has everything I need in one place, offers discounts on several items (usually the food), the employees are friendly, and the store is clean.

Ordered product on sale but received the wrong product. When I, one day later, wanted to change for the product I actually ordered I had to pay full price. Buy your products somewhere else, bad business practice.

Found exactly what I needed and got out without spending all my money. I appreciate Target keeping hard to find items on their shelves, but keeping their prices low.

This store will not honor their sales which are posted in the store. Today I purchased a 2 in one vacuum which was supposed to come with a free hand held vacuum (per the posted sign). Apparently the sale had expired and they forgot to take the sign down (leaving sitting on top of the product two weeks). They said they would still honor it because it was their fault. After they couldn't figure out how to honor it they said I wasn't buying the product the sale was meant for.. even though the sign was sitting on the product I purchased and is named the exact same thing. Very misleading and deceptive in my opinion. Here are actual pictures of the sign as well as the product I purchased.. notice both say "Stick

I'm 54 and disabled have to use a walker to help me walk. On my way out the door I was hit from behind pretty hard the only thing that stopped me from falling was the brakes on my walker. I was hit by a store employee taking a curbside delivery out. She claimed she didn't see me because of the stuff on the delivery cart but she was looking at her phone when she hit me. This could have been so much worse.

I love that the Joplin Target store includes my CVS Pharmacy. Also this store carries Tillamook Ice Cream in store, not just online.

Staff is friendly always clean a good target wish it was a bigger target though some other targets have bigger selections

This place was disgusting!!! Disorganized, clothes everywhere. No one manning the fitting rooms. All the store bathrooms.were blocked and closed. I have never been in such a dirty Target. I was shocked! You can't even move a mobility cart around the store because so much is in the aisles and on the floor.... Restocking does not appear to happen and the store looks horrid. Whoever is managing this location is doing an extremely poor job of it. I would be embarrassed to work there and shop there. We will not be back.

The Joplin store is starting to look outdated and dirty. The carpet is ripping in numerous spots and usually looks filthy. The store is a lot of times disorganized and I often see empty Starbucks cups on shelves (it would help if lazy customers would throw their own trash away). I know it's been several years since they've updated the store and it definitely shows. I hate Walmart but at least they keep up with their stores better. The employees for the most part are nice and helpful (when you can find one) but with the condition and disorganization of the store I'd say there's problems with management.

They allow male workers in the women’s fitting rooms and it is extremely uncomfortable!!
It also looked like a tornado had been through the whole store, very messy and not organized!

I had found an item I needed, upon check out I realized my husband spent WAY more then the price I read. 39.99 the item was hanging under. Rang up it was 64.99. Went back to make sure I didn't read it wrong or miss glanced. There was another of that item hanging up 39.99 above it. Went to customer service to ask about it. I was told the one I purchased was the only item. I stated no there's another back there with the 39.99 price. They called for a check, individual stated no others 64.99. I then had to bring customer service back to the department and show them the other one sitting there they said they didn't have. He stated he couldn't honor the price as it was to much of a price difference. But could give me 14 dollars back. I'm not a worker. You had multiple in that spot. And trying to argue the price difference was to much to honor the 39.99. I liked target but this left a bad taste.
