Absolutely terrible experience buying countertops and dealing with the subcontractor, Signature Granite and Home Depot. I will never be buying these things through them or dealing with this subcontractor again and would not recommend them to anyone. The subcontractor came in to remove old countertops and ended up damaging the front of my kitchen cabinets. It is 3 months into the job and the only offer was staining. There is a chunk of cabinet missing next to the oven and they don't want to do anything else to make it right. Additionally, they measured incorrectly and had to cut one large piece to make it fit which then changed the center. Moreover, the measurement guy told me one piece, it came in two. There was no prior notice or review. There were large gaps on the edges of tops. Their sealing job was terrible, left gaps, forgot to caulk areas, left a mess in every room they worked in. Caulk dripped in and on the cabinets and did not bother to clean it up. Came out three times to fix, finally did a decent job on the last time. I am now 3 months into arguing with them about their work. My other contractors had to push their schedule because of this ongoing issue and it was a total mess. I paid hundreds of dollars for removable that did not include damage to front of cabinets. I paid for a quality install job and got a job that looks like a poor DIY project. Home Depot blaming the subcontractor. The Subcontractor putting it on home depot. I asked for them to return whole/part of the demo charge as this caused the damage, nope. I asked for them to fix the missing chunk, nope. Let's slap some lipstick on a pig, that is their motto. Never again. I am beyond angry and frustrated.

I have tried to use curbside pick up at this store a few times over the last year. I always have to end up going in. They always have some “dog ate my homework “ excuse. They need to take the curbside pickup signs out. They don’t ever come out in my experiences.

Had a price drop on OSB boards. Purchased less than 30 days and they refused to offer price match adjustment. Purchased online but because it came from the Joplin store inventory they REFUSED to honor the policy because it’s up to the store managers discretion as to if they want to honor the policy! Shopping Lowes for the rest of my home remodel.

Literally the worst home improvement store ever. I will NEVER go to this store again. So many negative experiences at this store and with HD in general. I've had doors delivered with scrapes and gouges, paid for carpet installation over two months ago that keeps being rescheduled, long waits for paint (if anyone is even working the counter), out of supplies regularly, etc. Shop the other big box store and forget about this one.

Do not use the online order system to pick up if you need same day. I chose as soon as possible today as my pick up option. 3 1/2 hours later I called for status and was told it would be filled right then. Two hours after that I was told that they would try to fill as soon as possible but probably wouldn’t be done within the hour. I could have purchased in the story 10 times over myself. I used curbside pick up as I won’t be able to lift the product ordered.

Well if you are looking to purchase a freezer would not recommend Homedepo bought one there $1200 got it in November broke down in February lost about $550 in frozen goods got it fixed guess what it quite again not even a month later guess what lost everything again called Homedepo spoke with manager to get my money back was told it had to break three times for the same thing to get it exchanged know refund so if you want screwed buy from Homedepo please share and pass it on

Went to purchase a set of electrical tools that was clearanced when I went through the checkout a manager was called due to there being a difference in what the bar code price and the clearance sticker price.

I would not recommend PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE ESPECIALLY ONLINE I went to this specific store site, looking for a picnic table, It said in stock so I purchased it , they took my money,I waited 3 hours in the car in air temp of 95 degrees, had driven round trip 1 hour , finally went in the store because tracking showed in was half way ready for pickup,to be told by Renee that they don't even have any picnic tables,so I asked for a manager and Kathy was called up wh

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Not 1 employee caref enough to help me out of the 4 people I asked I was told if you wait a minute I will get someone... Well, 23 minutes later I walked out and went to Ace! No more shopping here this is NOT the 1st time but it will be the last time I wait for help. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
