Worst Uhaul location. Horrible customer service. Will not be using them again. Rented us a 10’ truck, immediately when we arrived to our location and started packing things in, we went to turn on the truck again and the battery was dead. Had to wait and let the truck run for about 30 minutes, while we waited for them to come fix it. Then after, price gouging when I was told by again, the WORST customer service, that mileage wouldn’t be a problem because it was left to sit and run. No effort to fix things on their end. DONT RECOMMEND.

Charged me twice what the quote was then tried to send me off in a van that had less than empty gas I didn't even take it at all I was worried I wouldn't even make it to a gas station and it would run out of gas on the side of the road and customer service was not good

I reserved a storage room online. I checked in with the help of front desk staff a few days later and they assigned me a storage room. When I went in, I recognized that the assigned room was occupied and locked with a safe key. When I came and informed same to the front desk staff they reimbursed the charged amount. Next day morning, they once again charged me (autopay) for a non-existing room from the credit card saved in their system. I requested for refund but the front desk told me they accept it was a mistake, however they do not know how to refund. They suggested me to contact their GREAT manager Schuyler and his reply more disgusting: My staff should have removed you from autopay before they cancel the booking. Now he cannot do anything and even talk he talked with his manager(and he is also helpless). What a joke! This place is horrible and their manager SCHULYER is laughing stock. Stay away from this scam behavior.

Never will use again. Bugs transfered from one storage to the other.. mass bed bug infestations.. they did not encourage an insurance to claim on..

They dont know on how to do there job and they dont want 2 fix it and there job they also yelled at customers and tell them they cant park there and there was no sign hanging up and also they can't rent there trailers to anyone that is accused with some one that is renting from so ya not happy we rent it and they want it back at 1200 return when we are going 2 iowa so ya all night turn and burn
